以價格來說，住宿算ok，但房間窗不開有點熱，燈光不足、床有點硬

I have mixed feelings for this stay. Its price is very competitive but because you share toilet and shower with others, I can understand why others say it is not a hotel but hostel. Normally, in other countries like UK, they will explicitly say they are hostels, unless it’s like in the mountains or something. In Paris, no, and this is not only F1 does it. I will agree that you either name yourself hostel, or spell clearly in the title of the room, like Tandem Room with Shared Toilet and Shower. People won’t feel cheated then. It’s indeed not easy to spot you have to share toilet and shower with others. I am ok though, the toilet and the shower are relatively clean. I have towels too. In fact the room size is big enough for a private shower and toilet. You can look at how hotels in Japan do - you can in fact be qualified as a true hotel. The space is there and it’s not fully utilized. I would have given it 4 stars if the room doesn’t smell smoky or cigarette. It’s not severe, after I woke up I couldn’t smell it. It might not the hostel’s fault too. But since I can smell it, I give it 3 stars.

Clean place, however during the heatwave my room was literally hotter then outside, I knew there was no AC but it would have been nice to have a fan or something. I slept with the wind open but the heat just stayed. The bathroom and showers were clean, same with the room

1 star property, stay away

1: not all rooms have toilets 2: none of the rooms are air conditioned 3: breakfast was very poor 4: room with shower and toilet barely has room for two large suitcases and two carryons plus two people

It was a very good option while visiting Paris. Clean, clode to public transportation, good breakfast

Attention pas de brosse wc donc toilettes toujours sale

Hotel bien situé, environ 15min de bus (ligne 39, 43, 95-17 ou 350) ou avec une navette privée depuis Roissypole (5€) Hôtel bien entretenu et propre. Chambre (cabrio) petite mais confortable et bien agencée avec salle de bain privée. Literie confortable. Wifi fonctionnel et gratuit. Petit dejeuner et parking disponible mais non testé. Pour le prix payé par nuit (environ 42€) le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. Idéal pour une nuit en transit avant/après un vol.

受付の方は丁寧で良かったです。シャトルバスバスの予約はクレカ決済のエラーが続き断念しました。サブクレカもあった方が良いかもしれません。シングル部屋はサイズ的にちょうどよく、綺麗でした。ただ別の部屋の方が大声で話していて、うるさかったのでノイズキャンセルイヤホン持参をおすすめします。 シャワー付きの部屋はバスタオルはありで、ドライヤーはありません。

Pas mal de monde attendait de prendre possession de sa chambre après 21h, une seule personne à la réception c'est après 20 minutes qu'une deuxième personne est arrivée. Les clients ne respectent pas les autres, j'ai eu du mal à dormir parce qu'après minuit des clients parlaient fort dans le couloir plutôt que d'aller dans leur chambre.
