Stayed there for 1 night after a night flight at CDG Airport. First experience with finding the hotel shuttle bus from the airport was a disaster, the signage was not clear, the driver was downright rude and not helpful at all. No help was given with loading the luggage onto the bus. The driver didn't even unlock/open the back for us to put our baggage. Appreciated the 24/7 front desk but would also like to feedback that the front desk staff seem to be temp/part-time staff. They checked me into a room with no heating (it was during winter and 5degrees at night). I requested for the repair of the heater or a change of room but no help was given. I couldn't even sleep in the 5deg cold that night. Very bad experience.

The hotel is located 10 to 15 MNS from CDG airport. The room is smaller than expected and DOES NOT HAVE A/C, I Repeat no air condition. Beware before you book especially in the summer time due to the high temperature 🌡️. Except the small room, bathroom, and no a/c, the stay was okay.

Clean room, shuttle was convenient. Front staff were good. Room was very small but the price was very good compared to regular hotels in the area. No room for luggage if yo have two people Breakfast was sparse. I’d stay again. Probably better for just one person.

The shuttle instructions neglected to mention the F1 shuttle leaves from terminal 3. It also confusingly states the shuttle leaves from RER B and there are many entrances to RER B. I arrived at another Terminal and was not told to go to terminal 3. The same company shuttle refused to take me after I had booked it. When I tried to find a telephone number to call the hotel to ask, Expedia did not give me any number. My message to the hotel went unanswered.
