Personnel très sympathique.
Hôtel propre et bien insonorisé.
Espace spa noir de monde le samedi (en Octobre) et complétement inadapté en terme de dimension ( Sauna pour 7 personnes en se serrant, jacuzzi 7/8 personnes, ..).
Restaurant bon mais j'aurais aimé avoir des assiettes non ébréchées/ cassées avec des bout en moins. Le minimum au prix du restaurant !

Les chambres pourraient etre un peu plus approfondies au niveau menage..
La piscine avec l acces aux enfants au moment des vacances est un calvaire, ils sautent ds les infrastructures, eclaboussent ... comme les parents ne disent rien, se serait bien que le maitre nageur intervienne, c est un moment de détente donc si c est pour jouer il y a des piscine municipale.
L eau de la piscine extérieure est trop froide difficile d y rentrer.

L’hôtel est top et le service irréprochable. En revanche, au vu du tarif global (nuitées, dîners au restaurant et petits-déjeuners), il est dommage que les créneaux pour les soins n’aient pas été proposés dès notre arrivée. Résultat : plus aucune disponibilité pendant toute la semaine. Cela a un peu gâché l’expérience.

Had a really relaxing stay at the Thalazur. The setting of the hotel is stunning. We felt really spoilt.
The staff are very helpful and attentive.
I would recommend for future guests that they have a better first aid kit and a wheelchair. I strained my ankle and would’ve benefitted from a wheelchair to help me get to and from the car during the rest of my stay. This might be useful for future guests.

L'hotel a perdu de sa superbe en terme de services. Je suis venue plusieurs fois et suis déçue cette fois-ci meme si une solution a finalement été trouvée. Pas assez de transats pour tout le monde. Piscine non accessible avant d'avoir acces à sa chambre. Grand parking.
