Thank this hotel waitress very much. We lost some cloth when we left the hotel. The waitress helped us getting the cloth again.

직원들은 아주 친절했고 위치가 아주 좋았습니다.

Staffs are nice and kind. There is some noises from the old floor. Location is really good and i loved the window scene at the restaurant.

Super Hôtel, hyper bien situé dans le centre de Grenoble. L’accueil y est chaleureux, professionnel, sympathique! J'ai apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel authentique et charmant, je recommande chaleureusement!

Hôtel très propre et bien situé. Personnel agréable seul petit bémol ! Le confort au niveau literie... lit vraiment petit et trop moelleux...

Lekker onbijt. Het hotel houdt zich enorm goed aan de coronamaatregelen, wat als zeer positief wordt ervaren.

Arriver à 5h du matin à l’accueil personne pour répondre ou ouvrir!! La personne de l’accueil dormais et n’a pas fait don’t travail j’ai du dormir dans la voiture!!

Accueil très sympathique, personnel à l'écoute, chambre parfaitement propre, excellent petit-déjeuner.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig (verkehrstechnisch, vom Ausblick, von der Lage innerhalb Grenobles). Das Zimmer nach vorne zum Place Victor Hugo hinaus war ruhig und angenehm. Der kleine Balkon erfreulich. Das Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Hoteleinrichtung war sauber und ordentlich. Einen Abzug gibt es dafür, dass zwar die Mülleimer täglich geleghrt wurden, aber über alle drei Tage die zwei Kaugummis eines vorangegangenen Gastes weiterhin in der Mülltüte klebten. Für die Umwelt sicher von Vorteil, wenn Kunststoffe nicht leichtfertig entsorgt werden, aber Überbleibsel aus dem Mund eines vorangegangenen Zimmerbewohners sind für den Nachfolger wenig hygienisch. Insgesamt trotzdem ein positives Urteil.

very central and convenient location. just where you would like to be. but get a front room. at the back you could be near the bell tower that rings every hor from 6am to 10pm

l,hôtel est très bien situé malgré que le parking n'est pas à proximité de l'hôtel cela ne nous a pas dérangé .le personnel très gentil et la chambre très propre après une journée de raquette nous avons apprécié la baignoire à jet , le lit était spacieux l

Tout est tiré au maximum pour caser le plus de monde possible . Hotel ou je ne retournerai jamais. Partis sans me retourner.

Sweat place in the center of Grenoble surrounded by lively events in neighboring streets, like the Christmas Village

The hotel is very central right on Place Victor Hugo close to shops and restaurants. Nice relaxing property . Staff is very helpful and will guide to a parking close-by at walking distance.

・朝食（特に牛乳）が美味しかった ・特に気にならなかったが、思ったよりも部屋は狭く、床が軋んだ ・冷蔵庫がなかった ・トラムの駅から近く、移動するのに便利だった

Staff are extremely helpful and speak Engish well. Hotel location is supurb and a few minutes from town centre. Views over the square and to the mountains beyond are amazing. Nice warm atmosphere at the hotel and as a lady travelling alone I always felt safe. On the minus side. Room was a little on the warm side and window opening caused loud noise and also then let in street noise. No fridge or tea and coffee making facilites in the room. Although staff kindly allowed the use of the machines downstairs.

Chambre infestée de moustiques..... Pas d’eau chaude le matin pour la première sou he. Hotel un peu glauque .
