Fantastic place from which to visit Arras' sights and restaurants. Only complaint was shower/bath spilled water onto slippy floor and bar in evening was a bit limp. Gr8 breakfast.

The welcome wasn’t. Apparently we needed to pre-book parking and we hadn’t. I asked if we could access the car park to drop off our baggage. The woman was reluctant telling us we can’t book in until 16h. She finally allowed us. Not the best start especially as there were 2 empty spaces first night and 6 second night

La chambre était bien situé et bien équipée.
Hôtel très bien situé.
C’est dommage qu’il manque du personnel, le repas du soir était très moyen pour le service et le repas Pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles, l’hôtel également pas à la hauteur des quatre étoiles, le linge sale et les aspirateurs traînent dans les couloirs 24h sur 24h .
Le petit déjeuner super, dommage qu’il n’y a personne pour nous donner de l’eau chaude et que la vaisselle et les bouteilles vide de la veil sont encore là le matin !
Nous partons depuis longtemps avec Hôtel.com , et on est vraiment déçu du 4 étoiles !!

j'ai réserve sur le site expédia une chambre pour deux avec petits déjeuners l'hotel m'a facturé un petit déjeuner en plus que j'avais payé sur le site en réservant. Dernière fois que je passe par EXPEDIA impossible de les joindre pour leur signaler je réserverai avec Booking que je peux joindre et ou il n'y a pas ce genre de problème. C'est une bonne leçon !!! j'en tirerai les conclusions qui s'imposent

Nice central hotel, car park was good and ev charging available, a bit of a hike up the stairs as lift only went to 1st floor where our room was on the 2nd floor .

Old hotel that requires an update, plugs didn’t work in the room, and the hallways are like a maze, no parking available and had to mark a mile away. Beds were small and uncomfortable, the bathroom was the only positive as it had actually been updated

The property is older and well worn but my room was ok clean. Not sparkling. Food was good in the restaurant. Staff were good. Very important if you are driving: make a parking spot reservation. You need it.
