This is the most central location I have ever stayed in. So easy to pop back into the hotel during the day to drop off shopping, use the restroom, or just take a nap. Only steps from the tram line that comes in from the Bordeaux train station, the intercontinental hotel, Opera House and shopping streets.

I was suffered from insect bite in a room. My body got red mark & itichy
Although they changed room for me they did not responsible for any doctor consultant fee.
This is very disappointed At the end when I checked out ,they deduct that night room rate for me. However, I was got hurt. I still feel uncomfortable because the mark still exist and am afraid it will leave tmy body/face for long....

Emplacement idéal au cœur de la ville, chambre confortable et aucun bruit entendu alors que la foire est présente en ce moment à moins de 3min à pied.Personnel hôtelier à l’écoute et agréable.Nous avons séjourné une nuit et nous y reviendrons c’est certain.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the main attractions and restaurants in Bordeaux. The staff were polite and check-in was smooth. However, the rooms felt small and outdated, and the overall experience was ok. The breakfast was average and lacked variety. It’s fine for a short stay, but I expected a bit more comfort and attention to detail for the price.

Property is somewhat run down, old carpeting, old decor. Rooms are quiet and dark to sleep. Parking is very expensive but the hotel location is wonderful. Everything is in walking distance. Transportation, restaurants, shops everything is very close by. Very happy with the location, downstair restaurant and hotel staff. Would stay here again.
