I was suffered from insect bite in a room. My body got red mark & itichy Although they changed room for me they did not responsible for any doctor consultant fee. This is very disappointed At the end when I checked out ,they deduct that night room rate for me. However, I was got hurt. I still feel uncomfortable because the mark still exist and am afraid it will leave tmy body/face for long....

Best location, and bathroom is big. Furnitures are a little bit simple and old.

Hotel was well located close to the tourist office and a tram hub. Whilst the appearance of the hotel was a little tired it was clean and comfortable and we would stay again. Bordeaux city pass was great value for money.

This was a very nice property in a great location. Most useful was the air conditioning and the fact that there was a restaurant right there. We enjoyed our stay immensely

I found leaking pipes by my bed with black mould in pipes Carpet was wet where I put my bag and then I noted the carpet also had black mould on it Asked to speak with manager Not available til next day. This was a serous health hazard but they did not actually care. Paid for breakfast only to find nothing much and very little choice and no dietry options for coeliac who cant eat normal bread/cerals Only option for them was plain yohgart Got our maney back Had dinner at their restuarant only to have waitress yelling at some customer then carried on the yelling inside - 25 mins later we had still not received our drinks order so left Would never recommend this place

Excelente ubicación y excelente servicio, pero el mantenimiento a la propiedad es necesario. El baño necesitaba ser revisado porque no bajaba bien, y la tina tenía algunas fracturas que pueden derivar en fugas y humedad. La ventana no cerraba bien y la alfombra daba mal aspecto

Great clean room, staff was super friendly. Breakfast was a typical French breakfast very filling and satisfying. Most importantly air-conditioning was wonderful in the room. Super close to the tram station and the riverfront, we will definitely look forward to staying here again on holiday next year

Les photos ne sont pas en adéquation avec la réalité. Hôtel vieillissant. Literie usée. Salle de bain joints carrelage avec ds la moisissure, tuyauterie dysfonctionnelle au niveau du lavabo et de la douche, toilette vieillotte mais en fonctionnement. Moquette au niveau du palier jaunissante. Petit déjeuner pas a la hauteur du tarif. Seul point positif l hôtel est très bien situé.

Great location, close to the tram, so accès to other parts of the city such as Gare St Jean was easy. Lots of restaurants and cafes, chocolate shop, statues and parks in the neighborhood! Breakfast pastries and coffee/tea was good in the hotel cafe 👍
