the room is extreme small & you have to move your luggage up by stairs to 1st floor for reception. however, the location is perfect with multiple metro lines & plenty of restaurants nearby.

走道燈為紅外線感應啟動，往往啟動不靈敏，走道很暗。房間內無提供冰箱及電熱水壺，有需求者請注意。一樓至二樓check in櫃台無樓梯，提大行李須注意。唯一優點是生活機能方便，吃飯、買東西及交通都方便。

Excellent location since we are catching the train at Gare Montparnasse. Appreciated the complimentary items like free croissants and other breads, has Nespresso machine with coffee capsules in the room. Bed is comfortable to sleep in. Will stay again here if we are in Paris next time.

Great location to train station Clean hotel, safe, helpful staff, good and safe area. Rooms are small but clean.

Staff here are absolutely lovely, can’t do enough for you. Lovely late checkout on a Sunday. Great little breakfast, and absolutely ideal location. My room was small, but fine for me as a solo traveller- but be warned if you have a big case- there may not be room for you to open it up. The shower was really very small, I think if you were a bigger person you would struggle.

The hotel was fine for the price, though the room wasn’t super clean, there was a hair on the bathroom floor, used slippers under the bed and a stain on the towel. We were also requested to leave our room key when we went out, when picking it back up I simply said the number and was given the key, I didn’t have to give any details, show any ID etc. I didn’t feel my items would be overly safe in this hotel. I also wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers as there is little noise proofing, you can hear noise from the streets, other rooms and the corridor.

I think it’s time for an upgrade. So much carpet and heavy curtains. It’s difficult to keep clean. Staff was lovely though and the location is convenient.

So close to Montparnasse Train station, so it was very convenient for the next leg of our journey

Small room, but clean and friendly staff

This is a comfortable place to stay right in the heart of cafes but reasonably quiet and safe. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom very clean. Late check out, great breakfast abd luggage storage all fantastic. Some of the amenity is a little tired but kept clean.

Great small-scale hotel in a quiet street in Montparnasse. Real close to tons of great restaurants and cafés. Very Parisian style with small, cosy rooms, simple but qualitative breakfast - very far from the-big-american-style-hotel-chain-experience.

Great hotel super close to the metro, and convenience store, really good restaurants on the doorstep. Good size room and bathroom. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Very good service
