Great hotel super close to the metro, and convenience store, really good restaurants on the doorstep. Good size room and bathroom. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Very good service

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Close to metro, which took about 20 mins to some of the main attractions.
Room was lovely and clean. It would have benefitted from having a small fridge.
Breakfast was good - a variety of options.
Local area offered many places to eat and drink.

Excellent hotel! Be aware that the few steps up to reception is actually TWO flights of stairs. I’m 78yo and use a cane. It was a struggle.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean. We loved the location. The only downside was that the bed was supposed to be a queen. It was taller than a double bed but it felt as narrow as a double bed. The size of the bed was important for us and it was one of my selection criteria in the first place. That is why I wouldn’t return. If you have large suitcases it could be hard to climb up some stairs before you reach the elevator. But otherwise everything was great.

Bon emplacement dans le 14e pour un séjour à Paris. Situé devant un petit parc près de la Gare Montparnasse (donc facilités pour le transport). Le petit déjeuner est minimal mais bon. Petite chambre mais confortable.

I booked the room with a free extra bed option. In the morning, I dropped off my luggage at the hotel and went sightseeing before returning in the evening to check in. When I first left my luggage, the receptionist on duty kindly told me they would assign us a room that already had three beds, instead of adding an extra bed, which I appreciated.
However, when I returned in the evening, the staff had changed, and the story was different. I explained what the morning staff had told me, but the evening staff said they had no knowledge of it and insisted that I would have to pay extra for an additional bed.
Fortunately, I calmly explained the situation regarding the free extra bed option, and after verifying it, I stayed in a small room with two beds and an extra bed added. Although it was the room type I originally booked, it was disappointing that they initially offered an upgrade and later changed their stance, asking for an additional payment.
That said, the staff were otherwise very kind, and the room was clean. Above all, the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and transportation nearby. If I return to Paris, I would consider staying at this hotel again.

Typically small rooms, but they were clean and completely adequate for a quick stay near Gare Montparnasse. Given the increased prices in the quarter, this was a very good deal. The front desk was excellent. Only complaint: The breakfast was lame (cold eggs, pancakes), but I've given up on good breakfasts in all but the finest Paris hotels.

One of the best boutique hotels in Paris
