Hotel Este is my first choice when I visit Paris, room and people both are awesome!

裡面的設計有點奇怪，廁所與浴室相距有些距離， 廁所內卻又沒有設有洗手台，上完廁所還得跨越房間到另編洗手，相當不方便也設計不理想。 另外，房間很容易聽到樓地板的聲音，半夜比較困擾。

Had issues with lighting in the room and front desk was happy to move us to a new room. Hotel room was clean and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Across the street from Gare d’Est and metro. Breakfast was good and that staff was also very helpful.

Big shout-out to Jay and Estelle for going above and beyond — they were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was clean and well organised.

Very nice room with minimal layout. Twin beds were very narrow though.

Personnel agréable et compétent. Chambre qui est bien pensé et bien insonorisée. Nous étions côté route et nous n'entendions rien. Emplacement à 2 pas de la gare de l'Est, le métro est vraiment au pied de l'hôtel.

Room was very clean. Staff super friendly and helpful, all spoke excellent English which was a huge help. Only downside is the bathroom door is a wooden panel that slides across. It didn’t offer much privacy. Great location just seconds aware from Gare De L’est. Breakfast is a good selection of food.

The location of the hotel is not ideal. After 8 p.m., the area feels quite unsafe, with large groups of young people, homeless people, and individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs gathering nearby. We stayed in a family room consisting of two connecting double rooms, which worked fine in terms of layout and size. However, both rooms faced a dark courtyard with no view of the sky. The beds were rather small, and one of the rooms was uncomfortably warm with no way to adjust the temperature. We mentioned it several times, but the staff didn’t take any action. Another disappointment was that access to the pool came at an extra charge of €30 per room – something we’ve never experienced before.

Nice hotel!

I only stayed one night for a quick overnight in Paris. If you need to be near the Gare de L'Est or Gare Du Nord, it is a great option. The room was small yet comfy, the space was well utilized. I would definitely come back.

Nicely renovated hotel located right next to Gare de l‘Est with many underground and train connections. The rooms are stylishly renovated and the breakfast is excellent! The staff is super helpful and friendly.

Me encantó el hotel!! Las personas son muy amables y es muy limpio. El área es súper tranquila y hay de todo para comer. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Closeness to the beautiful canal area

Tres bon accueil dans cet hôtel tres confortable. Belle décoration récente. Dans la chambre une cafetière aurait été appréciable à la place de la bouilloire. Tres bonne insonorisation. En revanche côté restauration, decevant.
