We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t understand why no other room on the upper floor was arranged for us given it was not a last minute booking. We have made the booking at least 2 months ago. We could not sleep well due to this terrible experience. We hope this hotel would treasure each of their customers even they only stayed for one night, and show their hospitality by maintaining the facilities in good condition.

環境單純安靜，房間很大，浴室也很大，可惜水比較小，床很舒服，房間mini bar喝到飽，下午茶也免費供應果汁咖啡水，還有好吃的麵包與點心，早餐10歐元吃到飽，整體來說非常超值。

good location. 10Mins walk to Opera and there is a free mini bar in room, even u can grab free drink from the sister hotels.

夜班的櫃檯人員很熱情服務超好!下次去巴黎一定會再去(是發至內心的),裝修很有特色...很漂亮...晚上還免費小餐飲...

La chambre impeccable et le personnel aux petits soins et d’une grande gentillesse

A experiência foi muito boa. Era o aniversário da minha mãe e puseram um champanhe para festejar. O quarto era superior, dado que por ser ouro em hoteles.com fizeram a melhoria do quarto. Da mesma forma também nos deram dois bilhetes para um passeio em barco pelo Sena. A recepcionista era muito amável. A zona do hotel também era bastante tranquila e não senti insegurança. Obrigado.

Chambre très propre

Friendly hotel staff, great service and the plus points is the free open bar from 2pm - 2am! Although there’s not much left if you go to the bar at late hours, it’s still very nice for guests to have some drinks. We also appreciate the free mini bar in the room, which offers still water/sparkling water/juice/pepsi cola. There is also coffee and tea to choose from. The bed is comfortable and hard enough, we also found the space of the room and bathroom is very good. The location is also good for exploring the city, walking distance to some sites and public transportations/train station (gare du nord).

My mother and I both stayed here, and enjoyed it very much. The staff was attentive, thoughtful and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast and the afternoon/evening snacks were delish. The rooms were smallish but very nice - and the fridge with (free) drinks was the right touch for the end of a long day. And the location wA fantastic - 20 minutes by metro to reach anything we wanted to see or do. We’ll be back!

Tout est parfait

Em uma reserva anterior, fiquei no quarto Standard, e nessa, no Superior. Realmente faz diferença, o conforto e o espaço são perceptivelmente melhores. O café da manhã é bom, e o atendimento foi excelente. O ponto negativo fica por conta do elevador, que é pequeno, lento e chegou a apresentar problemas durante a minha estadia. A escada é estreita e em espiral, o que dificulta bastante subir com muitas malas. No geral, o hotel tem uma ótima localização, com fácil acesso às principais linhas do metrô e boas opções de restaurantes nos arredores.

Perfekt läge i Montmartre. Fina rum, med rymlig toa/dusch. Fantastisk personal. Bra frukost och dessutom tillgång till gratis eftermiddagsfika. Skulle gärna bo här igen.

Hotel Joyce is really a great place to stay in Paris. The room are generally bigger than most of the hotel in Paris and they offer you free drinks in the mini bar. Free snacks and drinks from 14:00 - 23:00 in the coffee shop. The whole team are extremely helpful and friendly! I have traveled the last 10 days with 4 different hotels in France and this is the best ! Highly recommended. Don’t forget to note it down! Janet Portiche
