It was a pleasant stay overall. I had a Wifi problem in the beginning and the staff was very helpful with the problem. The best part of the stay was the minibar provided from 2 pm to 2 am. The room was not too spacious but that is to be understood in Paris downtown.

2주간의 여행 중 가장 호텔직원이 친절한 호텔이었습니다. 체크인시 따로 자리에 앉아서 지도와함께 주변지역 설명과 식당추천 등 궁금한 사항을 친절하게 설명해주셨습니다. 데스크 직원뿐만 아니라 호텔에 있는 모든 직원들이 밝게 인사해주었고 친절했습니다. 조식이 비싼편이긴 하지만 방안에 있는 냉장고 속 음료와 오후에 오픈바를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는것을 생각한다면 만족스러웠습니다. 파리 호텔치고 객실면적이 넓었고 아쉬운점은 카펫바닥이라 퀘퀘한 냄새가 난다는 문제가 있었지만 환기하기에도 좋은 창과 창밖에는 중정이 있어서 프라이버시 보호에도 좋았고 암막커튼이 있어서 편히 잘 수 있었습니다. 욕실은 깨끗하고 노란색타일과 일러스트 타일로 인해 디자인도 이쁘고 욕조가있어서 물받아서 지친몸을 풀기에 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 드라이기 세기가 약한 편이라 머리말리가 용이하지 않았습니다. 주변환경은 오페라역과 가까워서 백화점 가기에도 편하고 쇼핑하기 좋았고 물랑루즈와 호텔과 가까운 성당있는 쪽 사이에는 작은 상점들과 훌륭한 식당이 많아서 쇼핑하기에도 밥먹기에도 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점도 있진하지만 디자인이나 서비스적인 측면을 봤을 때 매우 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 트립어드바이져에서 상을 받을 만한 이유를 알게되었습니다.

Close to everything, wonderful staff, cleaned room daily and loved those free snacks and drinks from 2:00 pm to 2:00 am. First we booked for 3 nights and extended for 3 more nights as we liked so much. We didn’t buy their breakfast for first three days. If you buy ahead of time at checkin it’s only 10 euros per person if you buy on the days it’s 23 euros each. Paris is expensive, for what they have to offer 10 euros is very cheap. Go ahead and buy at check-in.

Staff is polite but slow and making mistakes. When checking in, I got a key to a room which was occupied. I entered a room while another person slept in her bed in the middle of the night, and of course she was terrified to see someone unlocking the room and entering. I went back to the reception and they just gave me another room, they were not really cincerned that their customer had such experience in the middle of the night.. When leaving, after paying, it took few hours to get a receipt by email, after several calls to the front desk.

Excellent air conditioning. Really pleasant and helpful front-desk staff. Convenient and safe location. Breakfast was good. All in all, a terrific hotel. Also, the double room was enormous and very comfortable. Single was nice too and reasonably priced. I'll stay there again.
