The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of hotel, it's important to give correct and update information.

Room was ok, breakfast is terrible. Supposed to start at 7.30 and most food were not served until 8am. Basic room

The reception desk ladies were absolutely superb! They are a credit to the hotel. How very kind they were to us!!! You can never pay for that kind of professionalism! Brave indeed!

Accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse mais literie à revoir, petit déjeuner très mediocre avce venoiserie pas cuite, mets bas gamme café insipide. Bonne situation dans la ville. Parking à proximité limité. Mauvaise connaissance de l equipement de la chambre par la personne de nuit

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti. Camera pulita. Unica pecca: in bagno c'erano solo 2 bustine di shampoo, niente dispenser nella doccia. Sì dispenser del sapone sopra il lavandino. Buona colazione.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien la spa vraiment agréable et un calme prafait .

I've stayed in this hotel three times now. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfast is fabulous. It's a short walk from the Sanctuary and close to the airport shuttle bus stop. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room, 403, was very clean, except the carpet. The hotel need to replace the carpets for tiles or vinyl. Bathroom and toilet excellent, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent, great coffee machine, lovely breads, cold meats and cheese etc. Karina at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.
