Hôtel Le Rive Droite & Spa

Amazing stay Hôtel was nicely situated to the town and the sanctuary just a short walk as my wife use a disabled scooter access was very easy with a wheelchair lift just inside the entrance and the staff were always very quick to operate it for us and always with a smile nothing was to much trouble Manon on reception and her staff were amazing so attentive to all our needs and a credit to the hotel the buffet continental breakfast was well stocked and a very good selection A great base to see all the sights will definitely be booking for next year as a lovely location by the river for river view and a view of the Pyrenees book a room with a balcony which we did not and regretted not doing so Highly recommend this hotel And a big thank you again to all the staff for making our stay memorable

The stay was great. Centrally located great staff and clean.

The location was excellent, just an approximately six minutes walk from the Basilica and offering lovely views. The continental breakfast provided a perfect start to the day, with a good variety of options. Staff were informative and friendly.  The rooms were clean, with amenities that comfortably met our needs for the stay.

We had a great time with this hotel. Room is huge, bed is comfortable and is dog friendly Staff are outstanding, very knowledgeable and friendly Location is also good

Clean room, good breakfast and enjoyed the SPA massage. Marin, the SPA masseuse, is outstanding and highly recommended! Near to the Grotto and I’ll be back next year!!!!!

Clean room, amazing staff!

We found this hotel overall to be comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were the same each day: cereals, pastries, pancakes, cold cuts, boiled eggs, fruit, bread for toasting, along with coffee, juices, and tea. The price for what was offered : 14€ per person was fairly reasonable. We were disappointed to discover that use of the hot tub required a significant additional fee, but since the listing had merely said one was "available, " I guess that was on us. More concerning was the unavailability of wifi in our room, which we discovered was due to our room's location. Since we had paid more to have a suite type room, with a sitting area, it was disappointing to discover that our splurge had cost us the use of wifi. Also, we had to have a space heater placed in the room as the thermostat controls were not working, but the space heater did warm the room sufficiently. It was rainy during our visit, and the hotel offered loaner umbrellas, which was kind. Parking was on street, and required payment during the day, but the tourist office told us that parking from 7 pm to 8 am was free. Hope that was true! We will likely not visit Lourdes again, but if we did, we would consider staying again, although not in the same wifi-less room.

Hello, My mother and I stayed at the hotel in February, and it was an excellent choice. The location was perfect within walking distance of the Grotto—which made our pilgrimage to Lourdes very convenient. The staff were amazing and very supportive, always ready to give us helpful information on how to navigate around Lourdes. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a peaceful and restful sleep. Mano at reception was particularly professional and patient with all our requests. Her excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. she went above and beyond to accomodate us as my mum needed disability facilities . Carina at reception was also very nice The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. In the future, it would be wonderful if there could be a wider variety of full meal choices for lunch and dinner, as this would surely attract even more travellers. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends and family who are planning a religious pilgrimage to Lourdes, and I will certainly return in the future. Well done to the management and all the staff. The cleaners also did a wonderful job—unfortunately I did not get their names, but they were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very unfriendly and rude reception. The spa is not including in the price, and the hotel is very dated, does not look like the photos. Old and dirty. I would definitely not go back!

Location is close to the sanctuary. Room is nice and clean.

Very good location. Access to all the shops , the reastaurant and 5mins to the Grrroto. We are very happy with the hotel Thank you enjoyed our stay. We will come again

Room was ok, breakfast is terrible. Supposed to start at 7.30 and most food were not served until 8am. Basic room
