距離北站只需要數分鐘路程，出入非常方便。只作休息還可以，浴巾，枱凳都很殘舊。

The hotel location is just 3mins walk from the Gare du Nord train station, which links directly with the CDG airport via the RER B line. But the room condition was really bad, especially the acoustic insulation. I can hear different noises at night. The room furnishing was old and deteriated a lot. It is in big contrast from those photos shown online. Very disappointing when you finds large patch of dirt on the carpet, scratched wall paper and dents at the bath tub. Besides, the TV screen is quite small and the room has only 1 wall socket outlet that I can plug my laptop charger!

un peu vieillot, le réceptionniste était à la hauteur de sa tache, surpris par une taxe supplémentaire non prévue par Hotel.com. Il aurait été préférable de l'évoquer à l'occasion de la réservation.

L’hôtel a peut-être de beaux restes … mais tout est plutôt médiocre, sauf le confort des lits et la propreté de la chambre. Parties communes aux peintures usagées, tâchées. Chaises de salle de petit déjeuner tâchées. Dans la chambre, mobilier et éclairage rudimentaire … pour notre chambre vue sur une cour arrière / mur en face en très mauvais état. Salle de bains désuète mas fonctionnelle.

Pretty basic and old, but friendly, clean, cheap and super close to gare du nord

This is an old building, with charm but a bit worn. The room was clean. The receiptionist was exceptionally helpful. The location is great if one needs to be at Gare du Nord in a flash, on foot. The only downside was other guest speaking loudly during the night.

Room was quiet with good quality bed linen. General appearance is tired and a deep clean would do a lot to give a lift to the atmosphere

After booked this place they told me at the reception that guests are not allowed that was a big surprise … I’m not allowed to have my famille or any other guests that’s crazy . and the money is not refundable at all … the place is super old different from the pictures online …
