Clean room/bathroom and friendly staff.

Primarily chosen as it is very close to Gare du nord. Man on reception was brilliant- friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit old and basic but good choices at Breakfast.

Very handy for Gare du Nord; had a top floor room with wonderful views towards Sacre Coeur. Lift very old fashioned. Breakfast could have been more interesting. Can recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I had hairs on my bed, floor, bathroom and shelves so I slept in my clothes. Bathroom had mold on the shower, has paper thin walls, I got to listen to a man yell on the phone for 2 hours. TV did not work and the remote was crusted with crud, so gross. I could not leave faster. Just please don't subject yourself and stay somewhere else.

Lidl close by and didn't really use the wifi

The room was not what was pictured and much smaller, that part is okay. The shower curtain desperately needs to be replaced and smelled of mildew. The “continental breakfast” was really just burnt coffee and croissants. It was okay for a few nights.

Things we wish we had known in advance: (1) there's a ~5 euro per day cleaning fee and housekeeping would make the bed and take out the trash. We typically don't like anyone to enter the room when we are staying at a hotel so this was super uncomfortable. You can opt out of it, but we decided not to since at that point we had already paid at check-in for each day. I wish they had told us in advance that's what the fee was for. (2) we booked on hotels.com but the check-in fee was higher than was was quoted to us. We were told we would pay $55 at check in but we ended up paying $75. (3) the room wasn't as clean as we would have liked either, specifically the tub and there was no shower head so you have to hold the handle over yourself to bathe. On the positive side, the view from the room was amazing and we had a mini balcony and the check-in person was super nice and let us store our stroller in the lobby instead of attempting to get it up the tiny elevator.

The bathroom had hair on the bathtub wall and some questionable stains. There was only one outlet to plug in our devices. The location and the staff were very good. Slow wifi

it was nice to be near the station and near some shops and cafes.

Perfect if your coming from eurostar basic but very clean and comfortable.

The staffs were very helpful, very polite, very kind... The room cleaned daily. I forgot my mobile in the room. I find it on my bed. Really safe hotel. I will come back again, 2 mns from Gare du Nord. Thank you again Leila

You have to pay €10.43 per person extra (tax and an admin fee) on arrival. Service is brisk but friendly. Hotel has character — doesn’t feel plastic

The room was clean and cleaned every night. Friendly staff in a simple, no frills, hotel near Gare du Nord. Good price, safe and comfortable. If you need a place to sleep while you adventure through Paris. Very convenient. Would stay again.
