L'accueil de Clément a juste été PARFAIT comme à chaque fois. L'hôtel tout comme la chambre et la salle de bain sont propres et calme. Le petit déjeuner varié et de qualité tout comme son personnel. Le quartier est très sympathique.
Le seul point négatif est la réduction drastique de ce qui est proposé dans l'open bar soft à l'entrée de l'hôtel ainsi que dans le mini bar en chambre comparativement à la fois à mes séjours précédents et aux autres Astotel. En effet, j'ai séjourné dans plusieurs Astotel et ai dormi début mars au Joyce et la variété proposée et tout autre.
Je le trouve donc dommage que l'on ne retrouve pas au Palm la même variété de ce qui est proposé dans les autres Astotel. Je m'en suis donc ouvert à Clément lors de mon arrivée et à la réceptionniste lors de mon départ.

A great location with easy walk from Gare du Nord, close to some lovely restaurants and places for a wine/cheese.
The rooms with a view of Tour Eiffel were a nice touch and enjoyable to sit on the balcony with a beer to take in the sights.
Small touches like a fridge in the room that was stocked with some soft drinks was an added bonus, as was the snack bar downstairs.
Would definitely recommend for others and gladly return to this or one of the hotels in the same group if they offer similar experience.

On the day we check in hotel and tell the staff that we would like to shorten the trip from 3 days to 2 days. Then the manager agrees that if hotel.com wrote a letter to them, they will do so - Charge 2 nights instead of 3 nights. We spent lots of time, effort, and money to communicate with hotel.com (3 calls) to get it done. However, the hotel regreted their commitment and still charged us 3 nights after we left hotel. This result is so unfriendly without integrity. I strongly not recommend you to choose this hotel while staying in Paris.

It's a small and clean hostel. I gave them 3.5 stars. They offer a free mini bar that includes bottle water, coke, juice, apples and some cookies from noon. 1 min walking distance to carrefour supermarket,5 mins to metro, 20 mins to opera. The staffs are nice. Good stay.

位置不算太偏，到地铁站的距离大约步行5分钟。酒店服务态度还可以，早餐需要另外收费，一人12欧元，房间里没有烧水的东西，需要到底楼咖啡间。房间比较小，适合一个人居住，3人家庭就太挤了。
