非常棒的酒店

I’m a female and was traveling solo so I chose their smallest room with a double bed. The room was really cute and had everything that I needed, including a mini fridge and closets. There was even a desk for me to do some work at the bed was very comfortable. The linens were nice in the bathroom was on par with other luxury hotels. I will definitely stay there again.

Everyone and everything far exceeded my expectation. Truly an elegant property. And all staff were wonderful. I will return, possibly next year! Thank you.

I like to say thank you to the general manager Mr.Wencker and his entire new management team. They demonstrated that they truly care about the stay experience of their guests, especially loyal customers like me. I have posted multiple vlogs elsewhere to praise their outstanding hospitality and service. I will stay here next time when I visit Paris.

Very interesting experience. Location is great, beautiful hotel but outside of that, the hotel amemories itself needed some work. Our shower barely had any water pressure, the doorknob broke from the inside to the hallway to the bathroom so we had to call maintenance to let us out of the room.

It was convenient- perfect location - great service . Make sure to be on time for breakfast . Everyone is very nice ! Great for a short stay in Paris .

Excellent property at a great value. The property is at a central area and conveniently located to most major attractions. This made cab fare inexpensive but it is also close to a metro id you prefer public transportation.

Well, where do I start? Before check-in I requested that our children be either in adjoining rooms, next door, or at the very least across the hall from us. I was promised by the General Manager Yves that my children, the youngest being 10, would be no more than three meters away. While disappointed I understood. However, when we arrived and were taken to our rooms, we were many meters away down the hall around the corner past the staircase and elevators. The front desk was rude, for example my husband asked for change for a 20 Euro for tipping the doorman, etc. The front desk clerk giggled ha and said you want change? Then there was our room, they had to find a fan downstairs because the air conditioner, only in our room was not cooling properly. While the hotel was beautifully appointed, clean, and in a nice area you could tell they were struggling. They did not have a restaurant except for breakfast. He then said we will give you a discount, which he did NOT. We were not asking for one we just wanted what we paid for. The doorman were the sweet ones. Oh forgot about my husband ordered room service and an hour and a half later when we had to leave canceled it. Then they tried to leave it in our room. We have been so looking for toward Paris and other than this experience Paris was beautiful.

Everything could be 5 stars till I realized my room was extra checked by the cleaning staff , then I found out I had two pairs of shoes missing no one responds back to me ! She insisted to come in even when I put the note in the door one time the staff came with her own purse alone ! “Before leaving her shift to check on us “ next thing you know my new Chanel flat and Prada heels were gone

Excellent & prompt customer service, brilliant location & lovely rooms.

Sadly the ac in the room was not working during the heatwave they did issue a refund, they never refilled the minibar and there is o ac in the corridors which less than ideal while waiting on the elevator. Staff is friendly bit hotel is quite disorganized

Beautiful hotel and very kind staff who are happy to help. My one critique is the room service food is not 5 star like the rest of hotel. For the room service prices and location I expected better food. The foods presentation was amazing but food taste was mediocre. Location is absolutely perfect, safe and in a very walkable area. I will definitely be back to stay here.

Loved this place… everything was amazing

The staff were very professional and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and clean with a big mirror. The entire hotel is a bit dated and the bathroom door in our room didn't close properly but those are minor issues. The space was also as advertised which is commendable.
