La chambre était impeccable, à part les joints dans la douche. Le personnel était aimable et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt copieux mais il manquait des fruits secs et des produits sans lactose. Il m'a fallu réclamer les produits sans gluten mais ils étaient variés. Il faudrait prévoir du gel hydroalcoolique dans la salle du petit déjeuner puisqu'on est obligés de manipuler les mêmes cuillères. C'est dommage que le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. Le sauna est très petit mais nous y étions seuls.

Une découverte qui méritait d’être faite. Premier séjour au Westminster et très satisfait de cette expérience hôtelière. Chambre correcte pour ce type d’établissement sur Paris. Très bon service et localisation idéale.

Westminster hotel has been my first choice for the last few years - service is always immaculate. Staff always very professional, polite and know how to make you feel special. The location is without doubt a great asset but hotel itself is pure joy every time I stay there.

Staff member walked in at 930pm without knocking. We didn't feel safe for the rest of our stay incase they did this again.

Mein Zimmer war etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist wunderbar und alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bar gemütlich und die Drinks sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein! Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Pillows were very lumpy and no hair dryer in room. Location is great. Bar is lovely with live music on some nights. Staff helpful.

This hotel is in decay. The first room I checked into the handle for the bathroom door fell off, the second room the knobs for the hot and cold water were in reverse Pros - good breakfast but ends way too early. Good hair conditioner

Very nice hotel and helpful staff but night turn down service never happened and even though requested room cleaned , it never happened on two occasions. Was left with a dirty room, no water and no towels two days in a row. Staff caught changing the sign on door to make up room. Left room at 9am and wasn’t done at 5pm then left again returned room 10pm and still not done despite assurances. Not what you want at the end of a long day

I had to leave the hotel about two hours after I checked in. The room was incredibly cold. I asked that they increase the temperature but an hour later after I had gone to bed my nose was icicle and my head was still freezing. I called the front desk and the guy came to my room. Suggested that I move to another room but it will take an hour for that room to warm up and he could not guarantee that in fact it will. It was already 1:30 am. Then he suggested that he bring an area heater and I said yes. He came back with this antiquated small heater that when you turn it on it start smelling and makes all that noise. At that point I had had it. I needed to get my sleep and I made a reservation at another hotel. They are still charging me for that night. Disgusting!

Good location

Lovely hotel, staff were amazing could not do enough for you. Our room was upgraded which was just lovely. Breakfast highly recommended. Great location just along from the Ritz hotel.

Acceuil 5 étoiles et prestations vraiment à la hauteur pour le prix.

Localização excelente, café bom mas nada demais, serviço mto bom e quarto pequeno. Mto apertado! Tem bom metro quadrado mas a disposição ficou ruim. Duas malas grandes não cabem. Precisa ficar pulando elas para poder andar no quarto.
