Hôtel familial. Personnel sympathique ! Chambre propre ! Literie confortable . Ambiance montagnarde ! Rapport qualité prix correct ! Un peu déçu par l endroit du jacuzzi qui se trouve dans un endroit pas très cosi

La Boule de Neige is a friendly and welcoming 2 star hotel located just a few metres from the fantastic new gondola in Vercland. The hotel provided everything that we needed for our short skiing trip - free on-site parking, a ski room, comfortable beds, hearty breakfast. All this just a short walk from the gondola station.

Les chambres ( type Chalet ) sont très agréables, et plutôt bien agencées Il faudrait malgré tout un petit rafraîchissement des pièces ( placards, cours intérieure, moquette )

Un accueil parfait familial convivial pour un petit week entre amis chambre spacieuse et bonne literie. Avec petit balcon privative avec vue sur la montagne. Secteur très calme. Rien à redire juste merci pour votre accueil et vos services

Personne ne vous aide pour vous montrer votre chambre,mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain,vue sur les toits alors que nous étions en bas des pistes,petit déjeuner plus que classique,un croissant et un bout de pain,jus d orange et café,si on veut plus faut payer,la restauration convenable

ゴンドラ・リフト乗場に近くて便利だが、朝食時間が8～9時と限られた時間帯だけなので不便で、内容が乏しい（卵・ハム類・チーズ等のタンパク質無し）割に高い（９ユーロ）。

I appreciate this is only 2 star hotel but i expected more for my £85 a night. Our room was on the second floor and only accessible by narrow and twisted stairs. We had very heavy large bags and although we had help with them when we checked in we carried them down ourselves when we checked out which was really dangerous and could caused an accident. The room was very small and the bathroom even samller. The sticky sliding Door to the bathroom was right next to the bed which gave no privacy when we used the bathroon. I could hardly fit in the shower cubical and water fills the shower tray when showering, i didnt feel clean after showering.

Really nice hotel. Family friendly with snooker room and table football. Jacuzzi was a nice treat after a day's skiing. Food was good and cooked fresh.

We were hot tired slightly desperate GR5 walkers when we arrived and the hotel owner couldn't have been more helpful. The next day he made us a sandwich for lunch, gave us a lift to the cash machine then to the start of the track. If you are arriving via GR5, the hotel is a little out of town on a not easily walkable road, but the owner will come and pick you up if you give him a call. Good evening meal at the hotel too.
