飯店離霞慕尼車站很近，步行可以到達。隨飯店有些歲月痕跡，但維持著不錯的狀態，且在大廳提供咖啡、巧克力及茶，非常超值。

Lovely little hotel, on the main strip but not noisy as we had a room to the side. Lovely to hear the church bells ring in the morning! Staff were super friendly, would definitely stay again :)

First the positives. The hotel location in the center of Chamonix is fantastic. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful, pleasant and charming. Top-notch! Rooms were also affordable. Unfortunately, the hotel has somewhat of a feeling of being a flophouse. It is old and rundown and not well maintained. My room had carpet and curtains that look to be from 1974. The furniture was very basic but extremely beat up. Coffee stains abound on the nightstand and TV table. The floor was quite saggy and creaks as you walk across it which means you can also hear every footstep in the room above you. The bathroom and my room as a whole have had few updates since perhaps the World War II era. Even the old built-in cast-iron tub is still there. While, it might be viewed as somewhat quaint, the black mold growing around it and the haphazard white paint that was slapped everywhere in the bathroom in an attempt to brighten up the room, made it feel icky. Also, there were gobs of human hair at the base of the bidet. Paint was peeling from the bathroom wall along with tiles missing around the baseboard. There was a large storage cabinet in the room which had a door that would not stay shut. I had to prop up a garbage can in front of the door to keep it from always swinging open. There was nothing about my room that allowed me to recharge after spending a day in beautiful Chamonix. It was a depressing room to come home to. The price was right, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location, nice and responsive staff, clean room. Needs a facelift, there was grey tape in every spot needing repair with P#. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Our stay was enjoyable, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! It’s just fair to remember it’s an older hotel so it comes with quirks because of that.

The staff was wonderful, breakfast was entiful, location was great, BUT the room was a disappointment. ,The matress was very old, the carpet was dirty with any stains, the walls had lots of marks on them.

荷物を階段で運ぶ事が大変でした。 スタッフの方は感じ良く対応してくださりました。 部屋は広くて快適。 鍵を開ける事が難しかった。

Beds were good. Rooms good. Staff good. Every thing good but no AC and weird bathroom configuration. Would stay here again. We were allowed to leave bags for the day and check in early.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, alles was man braucht, kann man ruhig zu Fuß erreichen.Bequemes Bett, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt einen Aufzug, also kein Kofferschleppen :) 24-Stunden Rezeption, Personal hilfsbereit. Für einen Aufpreis kann man vor Ort das Frühstück buchen. Es ist Buffet, viele leckere Speisen zur Auswahl. Nicht nur süßes. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Chamonix ist sehr teuer... Ich bin mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das einzige was mich gestört und irgendwie verwirrt hat, war die Tatsache, dass man beim Check in die Kreditkarte hinterlegen muss, obwohl alles (bis auf die City Taxe) bereits bezahlt wurde. Ohne die Karte verlangt das Hotel eine Kaution, die man beim Check out zurück bekommt. Als Sicherheit. Die Karte wird NICHT belastet. Im Grunde ok, aber eine Vorwarnung auf der Seite wäre nett,so erspart man sich Ärger beim Check in.

Great location. The room is a bit dated but very spacious. Coffee/tea machine at reception is a nice plus.
