Staff in the front desk is not very friendly but ok. Room was not very clean especially the bathroom floor was dirty. Bed and sheets are fine. Great location and simple breakfast. If you need a place to crash during short stay in Paris center is fine.

The stuffs are very helpful and friendly, they meet the requirements for what I want. Nice bakery and some restaurants are very close. But you may hear the sound from outside at night.
Would definitely love to stay at this hotel again if I go to Paris again.

This is in Republique. A ten minute walk to the Marais. Oberkampf metro 5 min away with a market, boulangerie and a fabulous restaurant at the end of the block. We had a little issue with the elevator out, but the staff did everyto make us happy. Very nice 4 night stay. Two rooms

Price, Staff, Breakfast, ease of access to metro, local area, all great!
My only complaint was our room's lights kept going out randomly (even while in the shower), the shower didn't have a ceiling fan, and the bed wasn't too comfortable (if you like harder beds, you'll be totally fine). The elevator was also not working, but that seems typical for Paris.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and the breakfast was solid!

Elevator did not work at all. Had two 50 pound bags that we had to take up 4 flights of stairs. They were doing construction on the outside of the building which was directly outside our room the whole times the cleaning station was always left outside next to our door. All in all extremely disappointing.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Republique, such a bustling area and great links to the metro. Staff are friendly and the hotel is warm and inviting. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time we are in Paris. Breakfast excellent.

Clean rooms , close to Marais and Metro. Very quiet street and close to an amazing restaurant. Only issue was the elevator was being replaced but they did carry the luggage for me.

Room clean, staff friendly, really well located for all major attractions and close to metro. Good restaurants nearby and small supermarket nearby. On 4th floor room does get hot but can open window to cool down. Would recommend
