Great location and was on my own so felt safe as family were a few roads away Nice hotel clean but rooms could do with little upgrade Would recommend and use again

Vores største anke ved dette sted er hotellets “morgenmadsbuffét”. Vi kan simpelthen ikke forstå at andre har rost denne?!?! Bufféten, der blev serveret nede i en mørk kælder uden vinduer og baggrundsmusik, var SÅ kedelig og fantasiløs, at vi efter første morgen nærmest ikke havde lyst til at bruge den igen. Eksempler: Tørt toastbrød, man selv skulle riste i dårlig billig toaster. Æg, man selv skulle koge i en æggekoger, som det var umuligt at lave et blødkogt æg i. Halvlunken juice og mælk. Mangelfuldt tilbehør(tomme marmeladeglas). Udover det var personalet ved bufféten meget overvågende og korrigerende. Senge var helt ok. Badeværelse noget slidt. Nyere TV var ok. Rengøring hver dag, men de stillede kun én toiletrulle til 3 personer. Beliggenhed super ift. Metro Oberkampf og Place Republique. OK gåafstand til det hyggelige Marais. Men, men, men…… morgenmad var under alt kritik!

Generally nice hotel. The room was fairly spacious by Paris standards but the shower was extremely slippery and I had a hard fall. Also, the staff was not the most friendly, the elevator was slow and very small, and the day I was there, they put signs on the door that we could not turn down our AC lower than 24 degrees Celsius or the whole system might malfunction. While understandable for an old building and was actually not too bad for me, that might be too warm for sleeping for others so I thought I’d mention it.

We stayed here during the epic heatwave and they did their best to make us comfortable with (limited) AC and a fan. The service was professional and kind and they even arranged a taxi for us and recommended a restaurant. We were pleased.

AC available, windows open wide for ventilation. Has a desk and chair with a closet and mini fridge. Located close to two subway stations and many small shops and restaurants nearby.

If you’re an American and used to air conditioning, just know that this AC is not usual. It was nice but we were asked to keep it to 24 Celsius (roughly 74F) so it didn’t break the system and that is a bit too cozy if you ask me. In general, this hotel was okay, but their main saving grace was the staff’s kindness. Otherwise, it is outdated, things are broken and not well repaired, the floor felt like it was going to bottom out and everything felt unstable. I wouldn’t NOT recommend it, just know what you’re getting yourself into. If you’re low maintenance, don’t care about where you’re staying, and easy going and don’t run hot, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, if this is your first time to Paris and you’re looking to maximize your sight-seeing, this area is not the place to do that. I’d recommend somewhere along the river near Notre Dame, the louvre, etc.

Great small boutique hotel. Location was convenient to everything, and very quiet. Grocery and laundry nearby. A ton of restaurants in the area. Room is tiny for 3 people but workable.

Excellently located right by the Le Marais district, with everything very accessible on foot. Helpful staff and overall great stay. Breakfast seemed pricey so we didn't go for it; however, there were many options to choose from nearby.

I stayed at hotel 2 nights, good location, but hotel, rooms very small, and need more work on cleanliness and giving toiletries like soap, shampoo and etc .

We arrived early and our room was not ready for check-in but the 2 gentleman at the front desk were extremely accommodating. They secured our luggage and provided a large list of recommended restaurants for us to grab lunch at. (We ended up trying a few off of their list and did not have a bad meal). In terms of the room; we were only there for 2 nights with 3 people and it was perfectly fine. The AC was EXTREMELY needed and appreciated for the week we were there. They did provide an-all-in-one shampoo/body wash but I wish they had offered conditioner, body lotion and a few additional frills. There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls from poor ventilation as well. Overall, very convenient location, great staff and perfectly fine for what we were looking for for 2 nights.

I think this was a great place to stay in Paris - everything about this hotel was exactly as described by everyone that stayed here - the staff are AMAZING!!! The only thing to be concerned about was the shower/tub - it was really difficult to get in and out of without a safety bar as the depth of the tub is so very different from the floor depth. Other than this issue - it's a great location - and great staff!! I would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom does not have enough counter space. But the front desk staff are very helpful

Het pand is slecht onderhouden. In de badkamer was schimmel te zien. Het ergste waren de bedden. We hebben allebei enorm veel last van onze rug gekregen.

The hotel was ok.

La qualité de l'accueil à la réception, au petit déjeuner , la propreté de la chambre et des communs sont des points très positifs. La chambre single est petite mais bien agencée. Toutefois le lit pourrait être de 1,2m.

Room was spacious and clean, staff was helpful. The hotel is in a good area with a Boulangerie nearby and a mini mart. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well. Breakfast was good and the croissants are delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
