Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers.

La chambre est bien rénové mais un peu petite . Par contre il faut éviter la chambre 118 juste au dessus du hall d’entrée car la porte qui claque dans l’entrée s’entends de la chambre .

Stay was good. I don't understand the bad reviews and I am a hotel snob. I assume we received a renovated room as we were happy. Location 10/10 , staff 10/10 , room 8/10 and only down side was that the halls were old and the elevator took a little time but nothing to ruin our stay and we would come back for sure.

Hotel não parece ser 5 estrelas. Quarto estrema mente quente (26,5 graus) e com o sistema de ar condicionados desligado. Limpeza péssima, chegamos no hotel às 16:30 e na haviam arrumado o quarto, acabamos ficando sem arrumação. Cortina com vários pontos soltos e itens com necessidade de reforma, como a maçaneta do banheiro. Experiencia bem ruim, não retorno e não recomendo.
