Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers.

Excellent and feel good hotel and stuff. The only weakness is the low intensity of the shower; probably, intentionally designedd due to the bathroom's open shower design

Really nice room and bathroom. Coffee maker was much appreciated. It will be nicer when renovated lounges are ready. Didn’t like the dark corridors. Location was really good. Easy to get to from train station.

The Hotel was in an excellent location, but the reception area was under construction and very unprofessional in appearance. There was no lounge area and the breakfast area was closed, also under construction. We had to have breakfast in a nearby cafe, and the breakfast charge on my bill was extremely overpriced based on what we were served in the cafe. I could have gotten the same breakfast at another cafe for less than half of what the Hotel charged me. The room was updated, small, but relatively comfortable. But there were NO towel racks in the bathroom and no shelves for toiletries, neither inside or outside the shower stall. The best thing about our stay was the discounted parking in the public parking lot across the square. Very disappointed overall!

The hotel is currently under renovations. There is no bar and there is no breakfast area. They put me on the second floor, which is being renovated Lots of noise and dirty They offered me a breakfast at a near location, and wouldn’t even give me a free breakfast for my inconvenience They provided me with a small upgrade to a room, that looks like it has not been cleaned. The garbage was full. And rappers were found in the corners Given the cost of the hotel, I expected more

Hotel is lovely, rooms are comfortable and well sized. Staff are helpful and let us leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out (due to flight times). Well located on the main square, though I'd recommend light sleepers bring earplugs. If we come to Toulouse again, we'll definitely be staying here.
