1. several dry pee dots on the toilet seat on the first day. 2. equipment. (1)air-condition can't be used cause it said it's under central control, yet it made me feel cold at night. (2)the fridge's not cold, so we had to dump our milk. (3)faucet in the kitchen was too near the wall to use. Ex. I have to wash an apple "against the wall". (4)security box's not electronic. (5)shower hot water came out when the faucet was turned counterclockwise, whereas it's opposite to that of the faucet in the sink in the kitchen! (6)No washing foam nor soap provided in the kitchen. (7)bed way too soft my husband replied to me"it had lost the ability to sustain."(compared with his)(two beds combined) Spring's broken. (8)room small. 3.front desk not friendly. (1)front desk said" go to the room, you have to go across this garden, take the lift, go up to the second floor. Then go across that garden, take the lift and go to the second floor." But after we crossed the first garden, we can't find the lift. So I went back. I asked "Do you have a lift?" The man replied "MY COLLEAGUE TOLD YOU, turn right, cross..." (that means, we should "turn right at the entrance" before went across it.) I feel bad about that. I was just trying to look for help politely. (2)front desk seldom greeted us. 4 Poor WIFI. 5 Noisy We can hear what other guests doing. 6 careless housekeeping One day, we found there's only one toilet paper.

Le personnel très sympa. Il est dangereux d'enjamber la baignoire pour prendre une douche. Quelques travaux seraient à prévoir. Si non, tout est parfait.

An excellent stay from beginning to end. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and everything felt thoughtfully taken care of. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend Le Patio Bastille to anyone visiting the area.

THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. IT WAS EASY TO WALK AROUND. THE ROOMS WERE OLDER BUT THEY WERE COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS VERY GOOD. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Loved the location. Our room was a bit crowded but fine overall.

The space for breakfast was small for the amount of guests. I had to queue and the orange juice machine broke as well as the coffee machine although quickly mended.

La chambre était médiocre pas insonorisé pas entretenue les prises sont arrachées des murs le frigo très bruyant les fenêtres pas étanches on entend des gens parlés au milieu de la nuit depuis la cour intérieure les voisins débrancher et brancher des appareils la porte pas étanche non plus.
