호텔 위치도 지하철과 멀어서 불편했으며 아파트형 호텔 이지만 기본적인 조리도구도 준비되지 않았고 샤워중 갑자기 물이 끊기는 사태가 발생되어 급히 프론트에 컨플레인 했지만 기다리라며 후에도 사과없이 프랑스인의 불친절함의 끝을 보고 왔음.

나시옹 역에서 걸을만하고 부엌이 있다는 점이 높게 평가될만 합니다. 하지만 사무적인 직원들의 태도는 별로 좋지 않았습니다. 무엇보다 뜨거운 물이 한정되어있다는 말을 듣고는 기가 막히더군요. 다른 파리 호텔도 그런가요? 한 사람이 오래 샤워하면 다음 사람이 뜨거운 물이 다 채워질 때까지 1-2시간을 기다려야한다고.. 덕분에 기다렸다 씻었습니다. 바닥은 청소 잘 하지 않는 것 같았어요.

여행목적 : 초등학교 졸업하는 아들과 둘만의 여행이었습니다. 예약 : Hotels.com 의 특별프로모션을 통해 예약하였습니다. 시설과 환경 : 호텔 내에서 가장 외지고 작은 방을 주었더군요. 아주 작은 싱글침대 두 개가 있었고 가방을 놓기조차 좁은 방이었습니다. 그 작은 방에 콘도미니엄처럼 냄비, 그릇, 전자렌지에 전기레인지까지 있는 것이 신기했습니다. 욕실커튼은 제대로 설치가 되어 있지 않아서 아래로 흘러 내리고 욕조바닥에 그 흔한 미끄럼방지조차 없었습니다. 방의 실내온도는 어떻게 조절하는지, 전기레인지는 어떻게 작동하는지 설명이 없어 불편했습니다. 식사 : 아침으로 제공되는 조식은 나름 훌륭합니다. 스태프 : 그저 그렇습니다. 아주 친절하지도 않고 아주 무뚝뚝하지도 않습니다. 물어보면 대답해 주고 아침에 나갈 때 잘 다녀오라고 인사해 주는 정도입니다. 위치 : 가장 큰 장점일 것 같습니다. 개선문과 에펠탑에서 동쪽으로 떨어진, 약간 외곽지역이기는 하지만 지하철(metro)과 국철(RER)이 모두 있어 이동하기가 편리합니다. 주변 환경은 썩 좋지는 않습니다.

This is a nice boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The garden/courtyard is cute and our room was comfortable and accommodated three adults nicely. Both the queen bed and twin bunk bed was comfortable which was a pleasant surprise for a twin bed. The bathroom was okay, but could use some improvements. For instance, the glass that served as the door for the shower was so small that it was impossible not to get water everywhere while showering. It is an easy walk to the metro and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the property. If you want to be closer to iconic Paris attractions, I suggest you look for a different neighborhood, we knew we would be taking the metro and were fine with that for this trip.

Très mauvaise expérience malgré un hôtel qui se donne une image correcte. Suite à une erreur de réservation liée à un jour férié professionnel, signalée immédiatement, l’établissement a refusé catégoriquement tout report ou geste commercial. Aucune flexibilité, aucune compréhension, uniquement une logique d’encaissement. À cela s’ajoutent une salle de bain sans chauffage et des oreillers énormes, peu adaptés au confort de sommeil de nombreux clients. La communication est également très standardisée et automatisée, avec des réponses qui semblent générées sans réel traitement humain du dossier, ce qui renforce l’impression d’un manque total de considération client. Aucun effort, aucun sens du service, aucune prise en compte de la situation. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The courtyard between the buildings is charming.

The location was perfect for walking and taking the metro and bus. Quiet neighborhood. The room had a kitchenette and was very comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos i'd seen before booking. Very happy, will stay here again.

I stated with my mom an my aunt, and us three enjoyed our stay. Specially how centric it is, near so many boulangeries, the métro, stores and more. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Great variety, basic but delicious.

Fint hotel

The hotel is in an older building The lobby is nice when you walk in. But our room was located in the back building. We had to use two different elevators and walk through an outdoor courtyard with old, unpainted furniture with a broken sun umbrella. I was a bit worried what our room was going to look like. It was dated and the carpet was dirty but, the bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom towels were very thin. Room had a nice small kitchenette but we didn’t use it.

Das Frühstück war nicht sehr üppig aber frisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal da fussläufig zur Metrostation Nation, wo sich 4 Metrolinien und eine RER kreuzen. Die Zimmer gehen alle auf einen kleinen Patio mit vielen Pflanzen und sind dadurch gut abgeschimt vom Lärm der Stadt.
