風景絕佳，房間的設備完善

房間很舒適且格局很好，廚房設備頗齊全。陽臺擁有Mont Blanc及 阿爾卑斯群山美景。員工非常友善且協助解決並處理所有問題。 旅遊時間雖然無纜車可登上山(之前已旅遊過)，但於Petit Balcon Sud健行遇到下雪，非常開心。

Room was very clean and entire hotel was well cared for. Staff was incredibly courteous and the location was perfect - close to town for an easy walk, but far enough away to be a calm oasis

Esse hotel é sensacional, a vista das montanhas a partir da sacada do quarto é impressionante. O apartamento é muito grande e confortável, tem uma sala ampla com sacada, cozinha muito bem equipada, muitos armários para guardar pertences pessoais, a funcionária da recepção muito gentil, foi uma experiencia incrível neste hotel, uma pena eu ter ficado apenas uma noite.

Large suite suitable for 4 persons with superb view

It is a hotel you will remember all your life The view from the balcony is magnificent. It is like you watch a movie. "Matterhorn" from the VIP seats.

Fantastic views of the mountains. It was nice to have a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

Great location within walking distance of the city centre. Loved our balcony room facing Mt Blanc. For a hotel, we expected coffee and tea in the room along with paper towels or napkins. The kitchen had sufficient cooking and eating ware with a kettle and coffee pot but nothing to put in them. We had to use paper coffee filters as napkins. All in all, these are minimal issues compared to the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. We would stay there again.

Great location for all of chamonix with excellent views of Mont Blanc and the parascending landing area

The hotel is conveniently located near Chamonix center, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from, and within walking distance of the Brévent cable car. Each apartment has its own dedicated spot in the underground parking lot, which is very convenient. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that was clean, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from our balcony of the glaciers and paragliders landing nearby. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the indoor pool was a great bonus. There’s also a washing and drying machine available, operated with tokens you can purchase from reception for €5. We even had a mid-stay cleaning service, which was very helpful. The only drawback was that one of the single beds in the living room was not very comfortable.

We went in August as a couple. The view is just amazing and the apt was spacious and comfortable Air conditioning would have been nice.

On est des habitués des balcons. Toujours un plaisir de venir ici, on s’y sent très bien. Parfaitement situé, avec parking, confortable, bien équipé, avec souvent des vues incroyables du balcons et une piscine sympa.
