Staff in reception were professional and fast reacted(Maybe bit too fast to take over my signature while I paid by credit card); Breakfast was plenty of choice, they even offered pure soy milk! What a surprise in Europe.

A nice hotel with a great roof top pool (except it is not heated). The rooms show some wear and tear, but are nice enough and clean. We had some issues with the booking as the photos on Hotels.com did not match the room category we booked. We had specifically booked the jr suit because the photos showed it had a door separating the bedroom and living room, something which was very important since we travelled with a baby. But on arrival, we were told that this was only in the family rooms, and these were not available. The hotel admitted that the photos were wrong and gave us a family room for the last 3 nights, and we also got a small compensation from Hotels.com so the situation was solved nicely in the end, but we had to go to bed at 2000 with the baby the first two nights which was not ideal..

Loistava hotelli!

Centraal gelegen. Jammer dat je verderop in de straat in de parking moet parkeren waardoor je parkeerkosten betaalt (geen plek in de buurt verder). Prima basic hotel voor een paar nachtjes.

Fantastig staff, great pool & great service. You can hear the cleaners in the hallway but in the end its ok.

Als wir im NH angekommen sind viel uns alls erstes der Schlafbereich auf. Der war schön gestaltet und sauber. Auch Badzimmer und Wc waren sauber. Was uns aber auch aufgefallen ist, es ist ein renoviertes Hotel, es fehlt die Liebe zum Detail. Der Teppich im Eingangsbereich war schräg platziert und irgenwie wurde eim der Eindruck vermittelt, ist das wirklich 4 Stern? Die Decke im Eingangsbereich vom Zimmer war ein Spalt zu sehen, dahinter sehr viel Staub, die Wasserflaschen die gratis aufzufüllen sind, eine nette Idee, waren nicht sauber, der Vorhang hatte Löcher, das Fenster war nicht vollständig schliessbar und dadurch hatte man das Gefühl die Autos von der Strasse unterhalb direkt im Zimmer zu haben. Wenn ihr ein gutes Hotel, dass sauber ist, gut gelegen ist und einfach nur dort übernachtet. Super Wahl.

Good: Good location, good size room. Free drinking water provided by hotel. Staff friendly. Bad: Pool was dirty in early morning, paper cup floating in pool. Pool floor door rty. Bar area around pool not cleared of the previous evenings glasses/rubbish.

Dejligt hotel. Super beliggenhed og skønt pool område. Man kan fravælge rengøring og i stedet få voucher til drikkelse i lobbyen. Gode omgivelser og nemt at komme rundt. Værelset var fint og rummeligt dog var hovedpuder ikke imponerende. Kommer gerne igen.

Very enjoyable flying visit

Svært positivt overrasket over dette hotellet. Fine rom, deilig bad, fantastisk roof top og basseng, god frokost. Og alt til en veldig ok pris. Treningsrommet er litt lite og føles crowded når det kommer et menneske til inn. Ellers var alt supert. Hyggelige folk som jobbet der, snille med barn, alt var helt supert. Vi kommer garantert tilbake. Lå også rett ved trikken og i gangavstand til alt det hyggelige byen har å by på

Front desk staff varied - the ladies were lovely and faultless but one man was just super indifferent and unhelpful.

Lovely friendly staff. Swimming pool a blessing in the hot weather.

Been there a number of times and liked it. This time a few things were not quite good enough. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was rather limited, and coffee was not good. Pool was nice except for horrible music blasting too loud all the time. Pool staff bit obsessive about tidying recliners - making things a bit uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned very well. But very comfortable bed. So, nothing awful, but just felt things were slipping a bit.

Det är ett bra hotell

Skønt hotel med et meget venligt personale. Hotellet har en dejlig tagterasse med pool og bar/restaurant. Et fint udgangspunkt for at komme rundt i byen. Sporvognen har stop lige på den anden side af gaden.

L’unico sconforto che ho trovato è stato la puzza delle sigarette che se sentiva nei corridoio della struttura, parecchi ospiti che fumavano, è per questo , siamo tutti svegliati con falso allarme alle 7:00, qualcuno stupito ospite ha fatto lo scherzo. Comunque funzionava bene l’emergenza.

Great hotel. Perfect location for visiting the city. Reception staff were great, very helpful and spoke good English. Room was ok, could have been a little cleaner. Bed was a bit hard but ok. Would use it again.
