Novotel is the newest hotel in Avignon City area, and it provides SPA and facial facilities. It is very closed to the Avignon City train station, and it is good to go anywhere by train, and you can leave your luggage in the hotel and walk to the city centre (15 minutes walk). The breakfast is okay.. and the environment is clean, modern, tidy and new. It has a XBOX 360 on ground floor for children. Room is clean, tidy and beds are comfortable.

這次真的糟糕到爆炸。 整個旅館房間的空調都不能用。房間內熱到不行，打電話給櫃檯得知唯一方式就是開窗通風。真的傻眼，我即使開窗那間房間外面也沒什麼風。這四星級酒店提供這樣的住宿體驗，也不會給予補償，我強烈不推薦大家來住這一間旅館。

Location 100% great! 5 mins walk to/from Gare dAvignon Centre, and it’s almost 10 mins walk distance to any place in the town.
Service was good and there is a SPA if you wanted to relax yourself.

We were overall satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Convenience and cleanliness were the highlight. Some areas needed improvement. The mini-refrigerator was too tiny and didn’t seem to work probably. The garbage bins, though not completely full, were NOT emptied DAILY. No real mug was provided in the room but only the paper mugs. The reception desk was understaffed during the check-in and check-out hours.

距離車站很近，同時就在主要景區正對面，步行距離最遠僅約1公里，非常方便在亞維農的參觀。房間較小，可是舒適清潔，服務人員態度良好，但一定要下午三點才能入住，不過可以先去市區逛逛再辦理入住手續。

Great location, friendly and attending staff, modern and good facility. The hotel is 2 min walk from Avignon station, and about 5 min walk to the downtown. There is pool, restaurants, SPA center, fitness, kids toys and bar at lobby. Overall very clean and nice. The only cons is that there is a gap between shower glass divider and the water would leak out from the gap. Otherwise, highly recommended.
