飯店地點很好，在巴黎住套房房間是很大的空間，飯店唯一的缺點是隔音不好，隔壁的聲音和窗外的聲音都能聽見，房間沒有冰箱，但可以跟櫃台索取免費的冰塊

前台服務員很好 真的要讚 親切友善 善待客人 今次是我第二次入住這間酒店

Old facilities, it is with elevator but so old and seems dangerous. The air conditioner is very old in room and keep making noise at night. The stair in hotel is so dark too.

離凱旋門與地鐵跟法航大巴站只有50公尺!!旁邊還有麥當勞根漢堡王很便利!!

Very close location with airport bus and metro nearby. Burger sling and Mac Donald are just around the corner. However, my hotel room was not as good as the picture shown in the websites.

WIFI會斷訊有點慢、其中一個前臺很沒禮貌、電梯有點小。其他都很好。

J'ai séjourné quatre nuits dans une chambre semi-suite. La chambre était propre et suffisamment spacieuse. Le personnel était aimable et serviable.

Breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for Metro usage

The room I requested was for a walk in shower - however we received a tub. The tub was so high and I am under 5 feet that it was impossible to get my foot over the tub. The bath towels were on a shelf maybe a foot from the ceiling. Other than this being unacceptable the beds were very comfortable and the accommodations were good.

Charming hotel in a great location. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again. Metro very near by.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved staying there and would choose to stay here again if we have the chance to return to Paris. The headboards are so beautiful and light up, truly unique. The Empire room was extremely spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and well presented, great location and very welcoming staff. The room itself was clean and a good size, but it most definitely was NOT soundproofed, the noise from both inside and outside the room was really bad! We had to complain on our first night, which I hate! We also heard others complaining on subsequent nights, you could literally hear a mouse fart in another room (adjacent, above or below) not to mention the talking, tv, music, movement and the toilets!!! this led to very poor sleep! The other frustration was why room keys had to be left at reception, this led to us feeling like our belongings were unsafe, especially as we were never challenged as to who we were when we returned despite never meeting the staff before, key was just handed over no questions asked! This is a process I have never had to do before! Such a shame as the hotel location and staff were great, but unless you’re the worlds heaviest sleeper, I cannot recommend this hotel!

Clean small property three miniutes from Arc de Triomphe

I had a wonderful stay at this ideally located hotel, situated in one of the city’s most beautiful and affluent neighborhoods. It is right next to the iconic Arc de Triomphe” landmark, with metro stations just a short walk away and bus tour stops conveniently nearby - making it perfect for exploring the area. Much appreciation to the staff for making my stay so pleasant. They graciously changed my room at the last minute to accommodate my needs, which I truly appreciated. The room was perfectly clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I enjoyed some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were thoughtful and plentiful: tea and coffee with cream, a kettle, hair dryer, body lotion, soap, shoe shiner, shower cap, and more - everything was very useful. And yes, there is an elevator! One thing to note: the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests staying there will need to carry their luggage up one flight of stairs, which could be challenging for some. The €15 breakfast buffet was a great addition, offering a simple array of food options and hot drinks - definitely worth the low cost!

Pas de mauvaise surprise, hôtel propre et calme idéalement situé à deux pas de l'étoile. Personnel sympathique.
