Bel hôtel à deux pas de l'Arc de Triomphe et du métro. Personnel très gentil et souriant. Plusieurs choix pour le petit déjeuner. La climatisation fonctionnait très bien. Plusieurs grandeurs de chambres, un upgrade en vaut la peine. En somme, une très belle expérience!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, na esquina do arco do triunfo e poucos passos da Champs Elysee. Quarto era bom, única observação é que ao tomar banho a água escorria por todo o box chegando a molhar o corredor do quarto. Como ficamos apenas 2 dias isso não se tornou um problema.

Hotel propre mais vieillissant, les photos embellissent l’établissement. L’isolation phonique n’est pas à la hauteur et quand il pleut, nous avons entendu chaque goutte d’eau tombée sur le rebord de la fenêtre, la gouttière doit être défaillante. Donc en résumé, mauvais nuit.

The room I requested was for a walk in shower - however we received a tub. The tub was so high and I am under 5 feet that it was impossible to get my foot over the tub. The bath towels were on a shelf maybe a foot from the ceiling. Other than this being unacceptable the beds were very comfortable and the accommodations were good.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved staying there and would choose to stay here again if we have the chance to return to Paris. The headboards are so beautiful and light up, truly unique. The Empire room was extremely spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and well presented, great location and very welcoming staff. The room itself was clean and a good size, but it most definitely was NOT soundproofed, the noise from both inside and outside the room was really bad! We had to complain on our first night, which I hate! We also heard others complaining on subsequent nights, you could literally hear a mouse fart in another room (adjacent, above or below) not to mention the talking, tv, music, movement and the toilets!!! this led to very poor sleep! The other frustration was why room keys had to be left at reception, this led to us feeling like our belongings were unsafe, especially as we were never challenged as to who we were when we returned despite never meeting the staff before, key was just handed over no questions asked! This is a process I have never had to do before! Such a shame as the hotel location and staff were great, but unless you’re the worlds heaviest sleeper, I cannot recommend this hotel!
