Overpriced. Much lower than expectations: the hotel, the room and the cleanliness.

I'm happy to be upgraded, room is good, reception staffs are nice but housekeeping needs lots of improvement, no response from them and rude attitudes.

The staff is super helpful and nice. They helped us to set up an extra bed without requesting as we are taking a toddler with us.

The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！

When I originally booked this hotel, I realized within minutes that I had accidentally booked for the date my flight left the U.S. rather than the date I would actually arrive in Paris. Even though I caught the mistake immediately, the hotel refused to let me change the reservation dates. I explained that I would be arriving the following day, and they assured me that this would not be an issue. Because I had booked the stay months in advance, I followed up again with the hotel several days before my trip — both by email and by phone — to confirm that my room would be held and that I would not be marked as a no-show. I completed every pre-check-in document they sent and gave every possible indication that I would, in fact, be arriving. Despite all of this, the hotel gave my room away. When I arrived, I was told my reserved room was no longer available, yet I was still charged for the extra night — even though they clearly profited from reselling the room to someone else. They attempted to offer me a replacement room without the view I had specifically paid extra for, along with a complimentary breakfast as compensation. Neither came close to addressing the cost difference, inconvenience, or frustration caused by the situation. I would never recommend staying here.

Great location, incredible view of the tower.

I paid a premium to stay here and expected a flawless experience, but it fell far short. A pipe burst in the garage, flooding it with sewage that remained unresolved for two days. For the price, that’s completely unacceptable. On top of that, parking cost an additional €150, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. The view was beautiful, but it doesn’t make up for the overall experience. Very disappointed.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The food in the restaurant was great and the service was excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were always so happy to help. The view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing, it’s beautiful at all times of the day.

Overall very good but I stop short of great. Please note, our room had a view of the Tower, but just from the balcony, looking to the right. No view when you were in the room. Room was nice size and bathroom had big walk in shower, Elevators were having issues during our stay. At times we had to walk down because the wait was too long.
