The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀
We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception.
We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！

Staff was friendly. Room was ready when I checked in early. The hotel is very nice and in a great location close to transportation and as close as you can get to the Eiffel Tower. I did have to call on two different days to have the room made up and to bring clean towels. We were out for most of the day so they are either understaffed or make new check in's a priority to clean room. I would stay again but the hotel was average, def overpriced due to location

Get the Eiffel patio room. The view is stunning. The rooms are dated. They need refresh. Living on the proximity to the Eiffel & the view of the tower. Housekeeping was solid.

The location is really close to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is above average in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, although it’s not very new. The restaurant menu is limited.

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, the kind gentleman Dio i think was his name was able to accommodate us early. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet was fresh and everything was clean. Fernando was helping us and was very polite. Actually all staff were just amazing. We chose this hotel because of the view of the Eiffel Tower and it didn’t disappoint! My wife couldn’t stop taking pictures especially at night when it’s sparkling. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience.

The outside noise stoped after 23.00 so we had a good night sleep.
