Overpriced. Much lower than expectations: the hotel, the room and the cleanliness.

I'm happy to be upgraded, room is good, reception staffs are nice but housekeeping needs lots of improvement, no response from them and rude attitudes.

The staff is super helpful and nice. They helped us to set up an extra bed without requesting as we are taking a toddler with us.

The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！

Incredible location, hotel and staff. Would highly recommend.

I was disappointed to find out the rooftop restaurant/Bar was closed upon checking in, so there was no entertainment in the hotel as we expected, we paid a lot money for this hotel so we were not happy to hear that it was closed. They also charged my credit card again although I told the front desk agent as we checked in, I had already paid for the stay through hotels.com, the front desk agent who took care of us did not listen when or care, and was not very friendly in fact was angry that I asked him what was the charge for, he didn’t care or go the extra mile to find out, he ignored me when I told him, needless to say I had to call and write them to credit us for the extra charge which was a mistake, they should have already known that I already paid. Some of the other staff and the manager were very nice. The (Waiter Christopher & Issa) were so nice and friendly. I did enjoy having the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Seeing it sparkle in the evenings was the highlight and best part of the stay.

Good location if you want to be near Eiffel Tower. Onsite restaurant is good but a bit pricey. The staff went above and beyond and upgraded our room to a larger room. Clean rooms; accommodating staff

View of Eiffel Tower is great! Property needs improvement as it is worn looking, housekeeping service needs greatly improved, staff is not helpful from front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, to those that greet you at the door.

Pullman Paris is steps from the Eiffel Tower! I paid for the deluxe room high floor with balcony so I had a view of the tower daily and nightly from the comfort of my room. We also had breakfast on our balcony one morning which was wonderful and also enjoyed the rooftop bar / club called 10 Ciel which as among views of the Eiffel Tower at night. My only displeasure was with the wait staff at the onsite restaurant Frame. Very slow and inconsistent service. But regardless, I recommended this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to the Eiffel Tower and experience it up close and personal!
