The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀
We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception.
We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！

Great location hotel and wonderful staff but in desperate need of improvement. bathroom is discussing beyond words. mold is on almost ever surface. Stay for one night for the view but a €30 hostel is cleaner

Rooms are outdated. The corridor’s and the room’s carpet are smelly and old. The Ac in the room didnt work and that moldy smell from the carpet was uncomfortable. The restaurant was okey 3/5.
Service is slow. The eifel tower view from the room was incredible and breakfast room service was fast and delicious.
