Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

Extremely clean and beautiful. Helpful and friendly staff. Close the Eiffel tower.

Spent some time here with my wife for our honeymoon and the staff were attentive and accommodating. I would definitely come back to the hotel the next time we are in Paris.

The obvious Lake is at the location of the Eiffel Tower. We thought we had a balcony room and for the price, I would expect balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The safe didn’t work and they said someone to come to fix it but as far as I know no one ever did. The soap and the shower didn’t work and for a short period of time we lost electricity. They came to fix it, but when we opened the door, the lights came back on. Great to have the TAXi stand so close by.

We ordered through Expedia to have a king sized bed overlooking the Eiffel Tower. When we showed up to our room there were 2 twin sized beds with a very poor view of the Eiffel Tower on the 3rd floor. We complained at the reception area, and they gave us another room on the second floor. Again it was still a room with twin sized beds, no king sized bed, with a very poor view of the Eiffel Tower. We showed them proof we ordered a room with king sized bed. They combined the twin sized beds together and called it a king sized bed and said this is all they have. We told them that we paid Expedia more to have a better Eiffel Tower view and king sized bed, they said we should have booked with them directly and not through Expedia. We spoke with Sabina, Inez who delivered horrible customer service and were not interested in helping us at all. Paris is a beautiful city, we loved it there. Our only regret was staying at the Pullman Eiffel Tower.

The carpet was stained in multiple places and the whole room felt very blah. The lifts were constantly having issues while we were there, which was making us late with our suitcases leaving. Otherwise the view was great, which is what we paid for I guess.

First of all, every single person at this hotel was wonderful. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. As tourists who don’t speak the language, we were especially grateful for how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. Every interaction made us feel valued and at home. The rooms and facilities far exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and full of character. There was a unique charm throughout the hotel that made us feel immersed in the magic of Paris from the moment we arrived. Visiting Paris had been a dream of ours for years, and this hotel played a big part in making that dream so special. While it is certainly an investment, the level of service, comfort, and overall experience make it absolutely worth it. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris. ⭐️🇫🇷✨

Just got back from our stay. Went for my anniversary. Was no customer service and I paid a big price for little care and understanding. Staff couldn’t be bothered, ended up paying being overpriced and overlooked. Then they wanted me to paid more for a room set up which was £280 on top of my bill for the room I already paid for. Outside was stunning perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Was impressed. Part from that was left disappointed and heartbroken, for what was meant to be an unforgettable experience between me and my girlfriend. The French was rude and didn’t like the English ! Little fogs don’t stop at the Pullman hotel again !!!!!! Unless your a millionaire and a walk over

I came at 4 to check in because that’s what it says check in time is… they couldn’t get me in my room until 4:25 after I complained. The frame which is the restaurant inside of the hotel… customer service is horrible. No one greets you we say for a good 15 minutes before we were finally offered a drink from the bar. I paid $180 to have someone bring me champagne and macaroons with rose pedals to our room at 9am…. Didn’t come until 9:50 and we then had to rush because we had to catch a train. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Paris that I would give 10/10 this one is over priced only because of the view. It is not worth cost.

Wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel. The entire team was warm, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. I love the balcony and the view.

I love how clean everywhere was. My room was very clean and tidy. Only - one day it wasn’t cleaned.I love the Hotel overall. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful - I would say - it’s a great hotel. I will visit again. You should definitely book your Room !!! Thank you all for making my stay remarkable!

Unlike everywhere else the staff at the Pullman was exceptional food was magnificent and my room, Eiffel Tower view was amazing..
