Amazing location ! Beautiful interior. The exterior was being renovated, so it was understandably a little in a disarray. My family ( all women ) felt extremely safe in and around this hotel. Very modern, clean updated rooms with incredible views ! Incredible roof top bar as well. Great restaurants near by. 10/10

From the moment we arrived we loved it. The doorman was extremely kind and the lovely young lady at check in was so helpful and pleasant. I believe her name is Sabine… but I could be wrong. They set up the sofa bed for our toddler without us even asking. It was such a nice surprise. The view was spectacular! Waking up to Eiffel Tower views was amazing… having coffee on the balcony was even better.

Rooms were clean but noisy at night with lots of music noise coming throughout night from the party hall down stairs, Most shocking part was extra charges charged on our credit card for some food and drinks which we never ordered. Restaurant did not provide enough assistance or proof of how the charges landed up on our bill.

There was an empty glass water bottle on the ground in-front of my door upon check in. The room didn’t seem like it was just cleaned. I paid a lot of money for 1night for an Eiffel Tower view room. The view is obstructed and I wish it would have detailed that in the description because I would’ve booked somewhere else. The front of the property is under construction so it’s very loud.
