Great stay! Really convenient location for the centre, immaculately clean room with excellent facilities. Loved the kitchenette - well supplied and designed. Staff very friendly and helpful plus parking very easy. Reims on your doorstep. Would have happily stayed longer.

Situation géographique au top, accès en moins de 10 minutes à pied au centre ville. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, nous étions côté gare et le bruit ne nous a pas dérangé (1er train a 8h45). Bonne insonorisation des chambre. Parking a disposition.
Le seul désagrément a été au niveau du personnel sur place (hormis un homme a la réception qui était tres agréable et compétent).
- accueil désastreux (hôtel ouvert 24/24 sauf si vous arrivez pendant la pause de l'hôtesse qui vous le fait remarquer) et vient s'occuper de vous au bout de 15 min
- petit déjeuner avec aucune table de nettoyée donc sans possibilité de se servir et personnel dans la piece attenante entrain de crier ...

The lady in the reception was unfriendly. I came at about 11:30AM and the male receptionist told me that the room would be ready by 12:30AM. Then I came back again at 2:00PM. The other female receptionist told me that the check-in time was 3:00PM. Actually, during low season there is no point to keep the customers waiting if rooms are ready.
My room was facing the railway track. Readers may imagine the situation.
