服務十分鐘親切，但因為天氣太熱，房間沒有空調，只有電風扇，而且窗外是停車埸，不能開窗。離火車站很近，很方便，但也聽得到火車經過的聲音。

離蘭斯車站走路5分鐘內，有小廚房；這讓人愉悅。附近有超級市場可以購買食材自行烹飪。離觀光景點：蘭斯主教堂走路15-20分。酒店提供地圖可以讓旅客更清楚如何逛，員工熱忱服務態度良好。 酒店新穎、環境整潔、床鋪好睡，吹風筒要跟櫃檯借用。整體來講適合放鬆悠哉的渡假方式。這家酒店列入再次入住的口袋名單中。

No clean up service.

We stayed there for 5 nights, but unfortunately no clean up service at all. Other than that, everything was fine.

Good

The lady in the reception was unfriendly. I came at about 11:30AM and the male receptionist told me that the room would be ready by 12:30AM. Then I came back again at 2:00PM. The other female receptionist told me that the check-in time was 3:00PM. Actually, during low season there is no point to keep the customers waiting if rooms are ready. My room was facing the railway track. Readers may imagine the situation.

It's nice hotel to stay with the small kitchen. Nice location.

Nearby the railwaystation ，Cross the street，you'll reach to the centre easily. Helpful staff.

Near train station, very convenient. Room is large for two persons. But no hair dryer in the room.

The room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent shower. Easy walking distance to city centre. The train station was next door so of course there was noise but earplugs resolved that. Great value for being downtown with parking available.

Un studio spacieux et bien pensé au niveau agencement. Bien situé et au calme. Les lieux sont propres et gardés 24heurs/24 et 7jours/7. Je n'ai pas été déçu.
