森罗特尔套房

Hotel is situated conveniently near the train station Du Gord for anyone who is coming or going by train. With supermarket, metro station, and great bread stores all within 1-5 minute walk, it is an ideal place to stay for a good price. As a family, we always try to get back to the hotel well before sunset, just to avoid any unpleasant scenarios.

We checked in two days and till now we don't have hot water to take a shower. The counter service lady even don't say any sorry. I travel all over the world and this is the worst experience I ever have.

As with many places we've stayed, location is the best feature of this hotel. If you're used to walking, it's less than 10 minutes to many attractions. Otherwise, a 2 minute walk to Metro or less than one minute to a city bus. The rooms clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable. Actually fairly quiet for being in the city. As for restaurants, there aren't a lot close, but I highly recommend Hugo. Just around the corner.

We initially had a few issues at the beginning, such as the air conditioning was not working, the toilet broke during our stay and could not be fixed until the following day, which was an inconvenience. We slept two nights without air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable since we had to open the windows and there was a lot of noise. Once the issues were all dealt with, it was better. Just to note, it was only after we left a message for the manager that we were going to leave, the issues were resolved. Since our first two nights of our stay were less than uncomfortable, is it possible to be refunded at minimum one night stay Thank you.

Localização excelente, bem perto do metro linha 7 Possionere.Quarto com uma sala e cozinha equipada com tudo novinho. Café da manhã delicioso, você escolhe o que quer comer e levam ao seu quarto no horário combinado. Roupa de cama e banho bem novas e de ótima qualidade. Chuveiro excelente.Enfim,perfeito para aproveitar Paris.

Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, schnelles unkompliziertes einchecken.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man hat Metro Stationen direkt nebenan, sowie auch ein Parkhaus. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und viel Gastronomie. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Im Schlafzimmer ist es auch ruhig, im Wohnzimmer mit Essecke hört man schon etwas von der Straße, das hat aber nicht unseren Schlaf gestört. Es gibt eine Rezeption mit sehr freundlichen Personal, die Koffer konnten am Morgen schon abgegeben werden, das wir auch vor dem einchecken die Stadt schon genießen konnten. Ich kann es absolut empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Lavori in corso continui...anche serali... Ho dovuto chiedere di smettere alle 22 per poter dormire. Ci hanno fatto cambiare anche stanza dopo che ci eravamo gia' sistemati perché lavoravano nella stanza accanto

The Serotel Suite is a lovely place; modern, safe and with friendly staff. This appartment style hotel is perfect for longer stay, or to travel with the whole family. There was a couple things not working properly in the room; lightning under the cabinet, shower drain not draining properly... all of which have been reported, but couldn't not be fixed during our stay. We would definitively consider staying there again on our future travels to Paris :-)

Good set up with separate sleeping areas for 3 people .Property very clean. Worktop damaged in apartment the only flaw. Very clean and daily cleaning excellent. Friendly staff. Arrived late and self check in was difficult until we realised the code provided was for the unlit lower screen not the obvious one above that was lit.Enjoyed our stay.

Very close to a metro station - easy to access all areas of Paris. Plenty of restaurants & food choices for meals.

Gut erreichbar von Gare du Nord bis Innenstadt/Zentrum, Supermarkt direkt nebenan, ruhige Lage.

Great place

Had to wait one hour at 23:00 to enter the room be cause the door was stuck. The building and rooms are dated with noisy old AC fans in the bedroom which dont allow for a comfortable sleep. Also chemical smell as you enter the room. Definitely not a 4 star

We've had lovely stay even just for 1 night. The hotel was fantastic, cozy and clean. The sraff were lovely and welcoming.The amenities of the apartment including kitchen were top notch. It's very convenient location, very close to Metro and it's only 10 min to Gare du Nord station. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful staff.

We really liked the size and layout of the room, but the water heater is small and with that it was hard to get three showers in. Some people may have issue with a few older or broken things, but we realize stuff gets worn out. Comfort is what is important. Also, on the listing it said there were a clothes washer available but there was only a laundromat around the corner, which we were not up for using.

Kitchenette with little fridge was very useful, a grocery store conveniently located right beside hotel, a metro stop steps away, a great pizzeria across the street. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating. Expect some noise from the street if your room has windows facing the street.
