Hotel location is prefect. All staffs have great service and nice.my room has wonderful view face to Arc de Triomphe. If you want some romantic things, I'll highly recommend to book this type of room.

The balcony can view the Arc de Triomphe, the location is perfect.
The staff is very friendly and check in/check out very quickly. Just the hotel itself is a bit dated so the facility look a bit old (but mostly clean).
Unfortunately our bed sheet has a brown stain which is quite disappointed given the price of the room is not cheap and we didn’t expect to see this. As I always bring my own bed sheet cover so this didn’t bother me a lot but hopefully the hotel will pay attention to the small little details going forward.

Overall it’s fine. Water temp and pressure is so unstable. So is the electricity on the lights. I did request for a better room cause it’s really was my 5 year anniversary but was ignored.

Wonderful experience !! The friendly hotel staff made our stay in Paris a great pleasure, especially Mr. Abdou and Mr. Yasser. Everything was very clean and well mantained. The location is perfect, with an Arc de Triunfo metro station located 1 min away, great restaurants and French cafes across the street. We will book this hotel again for sure.

No último dia de nossa estádia, um homem entrou no nosso quarto, às 07 horas, usando uma chave para abrir a porta que estava trancada. A recepção não soube explicar quem teria sido, negando que tivesse sido algum funcionário da manutenção. Isso foi um absurdo! Ficamos com muito medo. Horas depois, recebemos um e-mail da gerência do hotel, informando que, ao contrário do que haviam dito anteriormente, teria sido algum funcionário da limpeza, o que não se justifica, pois nenhuma limpeza ocorre às sete horas da manhã, notadamente com o hóspede dentro do quarto.
