Wonderful experience !! The friendly hotel staff made our stay in Paris a great pleasure, especially Mr. Abdou and Mr. Yasser. Everything was very clean and well mantained. The location is perfect, with an Arc de Triunfo metro station located 1 min away, great restaurants and French cafes across the street. We will book this hotel again for sure.

All good but don’t find reception staff greeted property esp on our exit. Lady on reception just took the keys and ask if anything to be charged no goodbye or happy greeting to kid.

Overall, it was very good hotel. The staff speaks English well. However, the housekeeping wasn’t organized enough. I had to ask the toothpaste and toothbrush to the receptionist. It wasn’t prepared in the bathroom. Also housekeeper didn’t clean the cup that I used a day before.
