have a lot of rooms. nice clean small single room. good breakfast. the only problem might be that in weekend the room facing to the street is a little noisy in the night.

The location of hotel is quite convenient for underground to Koln main station also for dinning and shopping etc. The facilities of room and breakfast is fair but acceptable. In general it's an good hotel for big exhibition in Dusseldorf except the price is quite high vs. the room.

Lovely hotel. Everything is clean and well maintained. The majority of the staff are friendly and approachable. A great selection for breakfast. A glass or cup in the room would have been a nice, useful extra. Maybe even a bottle of water. Visitors should be aware that the hotel is on many different levels. Stairs are everywhere.

Fairly basic and not the most modern but everything you need including comfortable bed. Shame there is no aircon but each room has a fan.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist fussläufig schnell in der Innenstadt. Leider hatten die Zimmer keine Klimaanlagen, was bei Temperaturen um die 30 Grad fatal war.

There was a terrible sound in the morning which made me wake up. This was obviously from hotel workers or something going on.

Perfekt gelegenes Hotel in der Stadt. Das Zimmer zum Hof war aufgrund der rauschenden Technik draußen etwas unruhig. Frühstück super, Service sehr freundlich.

Insgesamt sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel, nicht abgewohnt. Frühstücksbereich und -angebot sehr ansprechend. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-/Leistungsverhältbis.

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Cologne at Rudolfsplatz. It is clean and has everything that is needed for a short stay. Great value for money!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but this time was a particularly unpleasant experience due to a receptionist who made threats toward my husband and later myself. Guests should never have to suffer because your hotel system is incapable of grouping two separate reservations! On top of that, the prices for this hotel have skyrocketed, yet you get nothing in return—quite the opposite, actually. The (non-renovated business) room we stayed in was spacious but poorly laid out, with a small TV, dirty carpet, towels that smelled bad, and plastic cups in the bathroom. To make matters worse, we had only lukewarm water to shower with throughout our entire stay, no matter what time of night it was. Our friends stayed in a renovated business room, but it was three times smaller, incredibly dark, and they couldn’t sleep because of street noise all night long. Breakfast is supposed to run until 11 a.m. on weekends, but if you arrive at 10:15, there’s nothing left, and what’s still there is dried out and unappetizing. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the cheaper parking and a convenient location. However, for just a little more, there are far better hotels in the same area. We’ve learned our lesson and will never return here, nor will we recommend it to our friends.

Very Central and clean

Net, modern en schoon hotel. Prima douche. Uitstekend ontbijt. Niet verende matras (oud?) en 2-persoons bed met 2 eenpersoons dekbedden!!!??? Daardoor erg slecht geslapen. Zeer krappe parkeergarage.
