플란드리셔 호프

매우매우 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 방까지 가는 길이 조금 복잡했지만 호텔 직원의 친절한 설명에 쉽게 방에 들어갈수 있었습니다. 아주 깨긋하고 편안한 침구와 방이었습니다.

Hotel was SUPER. It was near to the center and clean with kindly staff. I appreciate to one WOMEN staff. I felt little bit cold and asked extra heater at front. The women staff said unfortunately they don't have extra heater, but she gave me her heater what she was using at front. So that I could sleep without cold and comfortably. Thanks very much. 호텔은 시내 중심가와 가까웠으며, 굉장히 깨끗했고, 직원들 서비스 또한 만족스러웠습니다. 방이 춥다고 하자 호텔 직원께서 본인이 쓰던 히터를 빼서 직접 주셧습니다. 또한 길건너편에 REWE와 DM, KFC, 맥날 모두 근접해있어 밤늦게 급히 뭘 사러나갈때도 편했습니다.

The room was smaller than my expectation. And I could hear other person snoring in the next room whole night so I could not sleep. Also the wifi was very slow and I could not keep talking on the phone. I complained about the wifi problem to the staff in the concierge and he said 'So what do you want me to do? I am not a technician and it is weekend.' His attitude was obviously wrong, aggressive and very unkind. And it is quite far away from the central station. I have never seen a hotel with such a weak wifi and an unkind staff.

War eine Nacht beruflich da. Hat mir gut gefallen.

Lovely hotel. Everything is clean and well maintained. The majority of the staff are friendly and approachable. A great selection for breakfast. A glass or cup in the room would have been a nice, useful extra. Maybe even a bottle of water. Visitors should be aware that the hotel is on many different levels. Stairs are everywhere.

Fairly basic and not the most modern but everything you need including comfortable bed. Shame there is no aircon but each room has a fan.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist fussläufig schnell in der Innenstadt. Leider hatten die Zimmer keine Klimaanlagen, was bei Temperaturen um die 30 Grad fatal war.

There was a terrible sound in the morning which made me wake up. This was obviously from hotel workers or something going on.

Perfekt gelegenes Hotel in der Stadt. Das Zimmer zum Hof war aufgrund der rauschenden Technik draußen etwas unruhig. Frühstück super, Service sehr freundlich.

Insgesamt sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel, nicht abgewohnt. Frühstücksbereich und -angebot sehr ansprechend. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-/Leistungsverhältbis.

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Cologne at Rudolfsplatz. It is clean and has everything that is needed for a short stay. Great value for money!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but this time was a particularly unpleasant experience due to a receptionist who made threats toward my husband and later myself. Guests should never have to suffer because your hotel system is incapable of grouping two separate reservations! On top of that, the prices for this hotel have skyrocketed, yet you get nothing in return—quite the opposite, actually. The (non-renovated business) room we stayed in was spacious but poorly laid out, with a small TV, dirty carpet, towels that smelled bad, and plastic cups in the bathroom. To make matters worse, we had only lukewarm water to shower with throughout our entire stay, no matter what time of night it was. Our friends stayed in a renovated business room, but it was three times smaller, incredibly dark, and they couldn’t sleep because of street noise all night long. Breakfast is supposed to run until 11 a.m. on weekends, but if you arrive at 10:15, there’s nothing left, and what’s still there is dried out and unappetizing. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the cheaper parking and a convenient location. However, for just a little more, there are far better hotels in the same area. We’ve learned our lesson and will never return here, nor will we recommend it to our friends.

Very Central and clean
