奥顾斯汀广场酒店

位置非常好，距離主要景點都是可步行的路程，樓下就是餐廳及超市。房間細小但舒適，只是出發前要裝什麼app，又說會有digital key於到達前提供，app 要填大量個人資料，在過了check in 時間也未收到key，另我擔心不而，原來都只是用時匙咭！

Clean, central

We stayed in the extra large suite, paying a premium to treat ourselves. Initial impressions were that it was quite small and oddly laid out. Then we realised there was no balcony as per the listing - staff confirmed the site was wrong and we could not smoke on balcony anyway (that is not why we wanted it but enjoyed the judgement). We could move but only for 1 night so pointless. I booked in online the day before but had to book in again upon arrival using a screen outside, it didn't work properly but did make me pay, which I had already done. So had to finish check in at reception and got a refund for the second payment. Breakfast was only available on 1 of the 4 days due to a staff issue, first time there was a notice in the lift and on breakfast room door but notthe other days, no apologies. The 'queen' bed was 2 singles pushed together and had 2 cheap single duvets, nothing in the suite felt luxurious or at a quality you would expect in a suite. The room wasn't dirty but there were marks on floors, in the bath and sink, shelves, etc, that just showed a lack of maintenance and care. There was a full bathroom and a seperate toilet, the seperate toilet was small (fine) but had little bugs in it all the time, just a little bit nasty to see every time. We had a coffee machine but had to ask for a kettle. They provided 2 coffee pods for the machine but never replenished so we had to ask for more of those too. No extra bedding in the room so also had to ask. No more space...

Habitación silenciosa, limpia y amplia. Hotel muy bien ubicado, en casco antiguo, a 13 minutos a pie de la estación central de tren de Colonia. La única pega es que estábamos en la planta 6 y el ascensor solamente llegaba hasta la 5. Personal excelente.

Sehr gutes Hotel in einer tollen Lage. Hbf , LANXESS Arena sehr gut in wenigen Minuten mit den Öffis zu erreichen.Saubere Zimmer mit guten Betten. Das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne eine Weiterempfehlung.

Iroom was nice and clean

I had a room next to a door leading to the corridor. The door was heavy and each time it was opened or closed you could hear it very loudly inside the room, I was waking up to the sound from 5am and slept badly for the entire stay. The room itself was ok, but wouldn’t class it as 4atar L

The bathroom had old amenities and ripped towels. The rest was great!

War mit allen zufrieden.

Very clean. Great location and staff. Asked for extra pillow and got it immediately. Most impressive was the use of the gym down the street. Probably best gym I have ever been to. It was like being in a resort.

The hotel was nice. Very good plece, close to every where But room service was very week, no tea or coffee maker in room or even public areas in lobby, you have to buy your coffee every day. They don’t come to make your room unless you ask. Also I asked twice in two days, then they came. I asked an extra pillow it takes two days to bring , And the most important thing I gave two ice pack to the receptionist to put in the fridge, because I had some medicine to carry , once we want to leave the hotel I saw they throw the ice pack out of fridge Totally I am not happy with this hotel Of course the place is very good

Hotell med bra läge i centrum. Tyst. Skön säng. Dålig service av incheckningspersonalen. Bättre sedan när det kom annan personal. Dålig lukt på rummet vid ankomst. Vi vädrade och hade på AC:n, så då blev det bra. Litet standardrum, men helt ok vid kort vistelse. Vi kan rekommendera detta hotell.

This is a very budget hotel. I knew my room would be small, but it was in very poor condition. The top of bed was in a recess so that when you sit up you bang your head. The adjustable lamp above was also loose and hanging directly down. No bedside table or even a little shelf, so your phone, glasses, water, etc have to be on the floor. Wifi was very weak and wouldn’t stay connected. Oh and there was no hot water, which didn’t seem to bother the receptionist too much. All for £159 a night!

Lovely location, lovely staff, lovely condition, very modern and clean but 26 degrees in the room and impossible to sleep. So I cannot advise staying here, it is so uncomfortable and so unnecessary. It’s so unfortunate that the Hôtel chooses to not allow guests to set their own temperature. For someone like me who has a heart condition, I find it really bad for my health as I could only get a couple of hours sleep. It’s just seriously unhealthy. And the owners and management should be ashamed. When everything else is so good this is really just a big big mistake.

Nous avons très déçu de notre séjour. En effet, cet établissement n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Tout d'abord il faut savoir que la piscine et le spa sont dans une salle de sport, le premier jour nous n'avons pas eu accès à la piscine car il y avait un cours d'aquagym (auquel nous n'avions pas accès) et le reste du week-end là piscine était fermée pour nettoyage (aucune communion de la part de l'hôtel à ce sujet). En ce qui concerne l'hôtel, les lits sont très inconfortables, le ménage est plus que douteux et la chambre n'a pas été faite le deuxième jour. Il n'y avait pas de plateau de courtoisie, pas de tapis de bain, les draps / couettes présentaient des tâches suspectes, la climatisation dans les chambres était bruyante et peu efficace et les parties communes n'étaient pas climatisées (avec plus de 30 degrés dehors ça se sent !) et le petit déjeuner était médiocre. En ce qui concerne le parking, attention il n'est pas du tout sécurisé, on peut y accéder de l'extérieur en permanence. Ils ne sont pas très accueillant pour les touristes (pas d'affichage et tous les membres du personnel ne parlent pas anglais). Bref, nous sommes très loin d'un quatre étoiles et nous ne attendions pas à ça en Allemagne... Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès de l'hôtel mais nous n'avons eu aucune réponse de leur part.
