Das Hotel hat eine wirklich tolle Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Es war möglich die Koffer schon vor Check-In beim sehr freundlichen Personal abzugeben. Das Zimmer ist mehr als ausreichend und sauber. Leider befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite eine riesige und vor allem sehr laute Baustelle, welche dem Aussehen nach auch die nächsten Jahre nicht fertig wird. Wer also gern länger als 7 Uhr schlafen möchte sollte auf einen Besuch verzichten. Sonst gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Really liked this hotel. Friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean also. We enjoyed the complementary coffee. Good location.

It was lovely to have a balcony even if there’s a building site opposite. Close to the train station and perfect location to get around sightseeing. All of the staff were friendly but Thomas was definitely the most welcoming!

The staff were so kind and welcoming. The room was very nice. They offer coffee in the lobby for free. The location is within walking distance of the train station. Also within walking distance of all Marienplatz, St Peter's, Hofbräuhaus, etc. I would stay here again.

Breakfast is worth the cost to add at booking. You will not find friendlier staff.

Grundsätzlich waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht ideal, sauber, das Bett bequem und die Mitarbeiter äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Wasserspender mit frischem Zitronen- Minze- Wasser sowie ein Kaffee/Tee-Automat bei dem man konstenlosw Getränke beziehen kann. Dies hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir haben ursprünglich kein Frühstück gebucht, haben uns dann aber doch davon überzeugen lassen und wurden für die 22 €/ Person nicht enttäuscht. Es gab viele vegetarische und vegane Optionen und allgemein eine grosse Auswahl. Der einzige negative Punkt war die Baustelle von nebenan. Diese war morgens früh schon sehr laut und hat ziemlich gestört. Die Fenster sind vermutlich bereits etwas älter und lass viel Schall durch. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

The hotel is handily located close to the Hauptbahnhof (central railway station). I had a warm welcome from Tomasz at reception who expressed concern that I hadn't arrived until 22:00, when reception closes at 23:00. He also had a wide knowledge of English football league teams, mentioning the League Two side from my home city on seeing my address. I was given a complimentary beer on check in. I was upgraded to a suite, which was lovely, with the room split into a 'bedroom', a 'lounge' and a bathroom. There was a TV in each of the 'bedroom' and 'lounge'. Unfortunately, I managed to hit my head a number of times on the metal frame in which the two TVs were set, which divided the room into bedroom and lounge, and which I also used as a bit of a desk. I hit my head one of these times when I tried to move around the room in the dark. The room was not cleaned during my stay; this was something explained on check-in; that they generally now only clean rooms when the occupancy changes and that you can obtain fresh towels, etc from a point in the corridor if needed. A sign in the lift said this was brought in during Covid as they dealt with staff sickness. The bathroom was modern and clean but unfortunately the shower (with both monsoon and spray fittings) didn't have a door and I found it impossible to stop water seeping out and leaving a large puddle on the bathroom floor which I had to mop up with the bath mat. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay.
