绍尔拉赫普斯特酒店

住了4晚，房號6X，房間很大，暖氣很好，晚上很安靜。唯一的缺點是wifi訊號不好。

各方面都很好，如果窗門可以打開大些是最好。

2018年8月17~20日入住，因為白天還是有些熱度，晚上入住剛進房間會有些悶熱，但開窗1小時後，加上飯店有提供電扇，我們住四人房，提供了2支電扇，溫度就下降了。有浴缸可泡澡、可向櫃臺借熱水壺，也有吹風機。

Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber es war sehr kalt, und die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Ich war mit meiner Familie und meinem einjährigen Kind dort und musste die ganze Nacht im kalten Zimmer schlafen. Als ich beim Personal nachgefragt habe, warum die Heizung nicht funktioniert, hieß es nur: „Es ist Anfang Oktober, sie geht noch nicht.“ Das ist für Gäste mit kleinen Kindern wirklich nicht akzeptabel. Ich hätte zumindest eine Lösung oder Decken erwartet. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nice facilities, bit tight for four adults, not very accommodating for four (only wanted to give one key for four people, etc…). Loud beside road if windows open.

Nice, quiet hotel. Staff were nice. Large spacious, clean bedroom.

The room was clean, service was outstanding, breakfast was great!

It was a little out of the way, but not bad. Easy access to the train and a few restaurants nearby. Decent price as well.the bedding was just ok. I would stay again, but not the 1st choice based on location. I would just like to be a little. Loser to the main spots i wanted to go.

The hospitality at this hotel was non-existent, the front desk did not even try to help answer my questions, the amenities were poor, the room was loud and not conducive to a good night sleep. We were there for 4 nights and not once was the room freshened up or new towels provided. The check-in process was much more cumbersome than it should have been, the breakfast service was mundane, and you were never made to feel at home. Avoid this property at all costs.

I have been in this hotel for at least 5 times over the past 6 or 7 years. Services are a constant downhill vertigo. Last year they did not make up rooms as they said they did not after 10.00 am (why?) ,this year they claim they do not make them uless you put the tag on the door handle. This is the first time I hear such a useless comment. I asked for the manager but I have been told he was not there so I had to wait till next morning. No apologies , nothing. I had to ask (ask, not been offered as it should be) for towels and toilet paper. Next morning I was obviously ignored by the manager, he had better issue to deal with. So I decided to leave , but I want the money of my last night that I did not spend there , I want them back. Now, let's talk about the room, junior suite. What suite ? It is a stadard room with small window over the kitchen (imagine the smell with a outside temperature of 30 C). Inside the one ambient room (a suite shoud be two) a nice low cost chinese fan. The room is under the roof so hotter than hell. The toilet has a tilting window that closes when outside is humid or wet. Since the hotel is not in Sicily but in Munich the weather is often wet so the window stayes closed. A genius must have designed this. The room was not made up but in the past years when they used to make it up , they never washed coffee mugs or other stuff, too much of a work ! VIP service consists in not making up the room and no service. Compliments !!

The rooms were clean and spacious. Our room was in a separate wing which seemed a bit odd. The staff were helpful. We weren’t far from Munich by train though we had a car, it was easy to catch a train. There are a few restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the road.

Lobby was in good standard. The room was very old and boost, especially from the staircase doors

Leider komplett enttäuscht. Zimmer überhitzt und in einem schlechten Zustand. Das einzige Fenster mit Müllbeuteln zugeklebt.

Det var lite service i resepsjonen ved ankomst. Restaurant stod det var åpen til 22, men kl.21 var det for sent med mat. Ingen alternativ i området.

Het was voldoende voor een overnachting, maar niet heel bijzonder
