房间整洁，每天会清扫，就是屋内不能使用热水器，热水需要在吧台找工作人员烧

服務不錯，交通算方便，但若行裡太大、太多，步行可能太辛苦

All great, except one tiny detail that can get overlooked sometimes. I spotted two long strands of hair on my pillow. All clean otherwise. I’m well aware of the amount of work you put to maintain your premises so this is not negative feedback. This is the only thing I would recommend to improve.

Helpful staff, useful location close to Alexanderplatz

L'hotel répond aux standards de la chaine, cependant la salle de bain est très petite, et de tous les Ibiss que j'ai eu l'occasion de faire, c'est celui le moins bien équipé dans les chambres (pas de mouchoir, pas de bouilloire). A savoir que l'hotel est bien situé, avec un accès au Tram très proche

Expidia Reiseplannummer 73238658247284 Bis auf die Rezeption war alles OK. Wir hatte 3 Einzelzimmer gebucht und bei Ankunft hat man uns mitgeteilt das 1 Zimmer storniert wurde was aber von uns nicht veranlasst wurde. Eine Nachbuchung efolgte nur mit großen Schwierigkeiten weil die Bedienung der Rezeption nicht mit der Software vertraut war. Gleiches war bei der Abreise. Auch diese Person war mit der Software nicht vertraut und konnte mir keine Rechnung ausdrucken b.z.w. hat mir Rechnungen ausgedruckt zunächst von einer anderen Person dann noch falsche Rechnungen mit falschen Rechnungsbeträgen. Der Kundenbeleg der Mastercard weist einen Betrag von 509,91€ aus. Zu diesen Betrag war die Rezeption nicht in der Lage mir eine Rechnung auszudrucken. Bitte unbedingt Rückruf auf 05777446

Really nice hotel. Lovely view of the Fernsehturm from my room. Really comfy bed (which is also very big) and good air conditioning. a great range of breakfast options. Perfect location for me to get to all the places I wanted to visit. Had a great time!

This was a OK hotel with a view of Berlin. The location was good and the room was comfortable. There was a handy convenience store near the lobby where you could buy snacks and things. It is a 15 minute walk to the main square and if you walk the other direction, there are a number of restaurants to visit

The room is small but fine for one person, superclean, and modern. The bathroom is small but not too small. The location is great. It's probably not in Prenzlauer, which seems to be across the street. The restaurants on Kollwitzstrass are a short walk, the ones on Kastanienallee are a bit of a hike. Alexanderplatz is on a tram line, so the hotel is easy to get too.

Välfungerande hotell. Inga problem av något slag. Hopplös design av rummen, men en bra säng och ok badrum.
