Everything was cleaned and beds made everyday, the beds were comfortable but flimsy, the little mattress kept moving left and right out of the bed, we could use a mini fridge as well.

We arrived in Berlin ahead of the check in time and the wonderful young man at the desk Mr. Omar facilitated us and checked us in. Ibis truly have wonderful staff, the Berlin staff were very friendly and directed us to all the wonderful things to explore in Berlin. On to Ibis Prague ❤️🎄

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, it was a very lovely stay, and the location was nice as well, the only downside is that there are not many dining options available nearby, the staff was not rude at all, but would’ve loved a bit more warmness from them.

A clean room which was cleaned daily. It had everything I needed (except for a kettle, but for the price I really can't complain). Its in a great location, a tram stop right outside, a U Bahn station 10 mins walk away and a bus stop not far either. I would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

Staff was great. Good location with food and beer nearby. 10 min walk to alexanderplatz. Beds were awful. Like sleeping on the floor and only 1 pillow. I ended up using a towel folded up in addition to the 1 pillow.
