No air condition, old facility, but there is spa in hotel

The hotel room was very nice but I didn’t like having to walk around the outside of the building on check in and check out- not great in the rain when it’s about 200m. Found it very strange

Super nice quiet room. Baby crying next door but you could only hear it in the hallway. Good choice for breakfast .

Lucia was amazing and extremely accommodating when we checked in. Our suite was incredible and had amazing views. We will definitely love to go back one day.

Fantastic room. Spacious with sofa and a queen and a half wall and 2 more beds. A/c worked great. We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on that. No garage parking available as they have to festival goers. Was lucky to get a spot up front, but only until 9 the next morning. Went to pay for parking at 9:10 am and already had a parking ticket.

I was shocked to pay extra 50 euro for breakfast, i arrived at 0.30, just to sleep. never again

Parking lot as very inconvenient with a car, couldn’t access our unit 22 from front and map very vague

Appalling hotel with naked men lounging around in the rooftop bar. Nowhere on the listing or the hotel website does it prepare you for this. I am a professional female solo traveller, I do not want or need to enter a bar for dinner and be greeted by the sight of men with their 'bits' on full display. The hotel is absolutely not 4 star, it's 2 at best. The room itself was cheap, dark, dated and smelled of stale smoke. I booked it for the pool, which is an extra €10 a day PLUS another €8 for the compulsory robes and slippers. I didn't use it after being informed being naked is compulsory. No redeeming features in this hotel at all, avoid at all costs. Hotels.com were not at all interested in the fact their listing doesn't warn of the nudity or the potential safety issues.

Bin mittlerweile was man ein Stammgast nennt, auch wenn ich nur 1-2 im Jahr für einige Tage in diesem Hotel absteige. Warum? zentrale Lage, tolle Zimmer, freundliches Personal und vor allem die Therme, die ich nach einem Arbeitstag bis spät am Abend genieße; wo sonst noch gibt es so etwas?

There’s a textile free sauna attached with the hotel. 10euro entry fee for hotel guest to use. Quite nice, and towels / robes available for rent as well.

Parken ist schwierig mitten in Köln. Das eigene Parkhaus war besetzt. 3 min Fußweg ein anderes bekommen 30€/24h

Fint nok hotel, vi var i deres bagerste del af hotellet, hvilket betyder at man skal gå ude i regnen om morgenen om til restauranten. Bygning er heller ikke færdig, der hænger kabler over det hele i gangen .. Uden foran er der mange stofmisbrugere
