It is a nice hotel with friendly staff and very good services. However, it is not very close to sightseeing points or train station.

Super schönes gehobenes Hotel, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück

Pregnant and trapped in an elevator. We have been using Melia Düsseldorf for many years. Between 50 - 100 room days bought during the past years. We never had any need for special service and the hotel has been ok and a good location for us. But when you need help that’s when you know how the hotel is running. One of our employees was Saturday evening trapped alone in the elevator and she was 7 months pregnant. Of course she was in panic. The only help from the staff was to call a technician, who didn’t answer the phone.. Several guests at the hotel tried to help and only when we ourself tried to call the firedepartment the hotel reacted. After 40 minutes trapped the fire people and ambulance arrived and 5 minutes later the pregnant was out of the elevator, with an experience she will never forget. She was trapped in 45 minutes. We were told we would be contacted by the hotel manangement — but we heard nothing. I think we would never sleep at Melia Düsseldorf again.

Great location and kiosk and bakery nearby. Breakfast was very expensive so we went to the bakery around the corner and had a delicious breakfast there.

I had a top floor room with amazing views across the city.

Excellent hotel! Our room was way above our expectations. Very spacious, comfortable beds, mini fridge, tv, hot water heater, coffee and tea packets. The underground parking garage is located directly below the hotel. All tourist attractions and restaurants are a short walk away. I would definitely recommend Melia Hotels.

Hotel facilities and professionalism of staff made this a perfect stay for us. We were entirely satisfied. The location was an added bonus. We were able to take advantage of the Park, the weather was very good enabling us to relax in open air.

It was close to old town.

Das Standardzimmer „Melia Room“ war sauber und gut ausgestattet. ( Kaffeemaschine fehlt leider ) Diese sollte in jeder Zimmerkategorie vorhanden sein. Netter Service am Empfang. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Hotel eigenen Tiefgarage.
