The lady at the bar who serves me drinks was racist and flicked me in the back when she served snacks with the drinks I ordered. This behavior is not acceptable and tolerance of all races is a must in this day and age. I am asking for a refund of at least one night’s stay in view of this behavior.

Das Hotel war zentral, sehr sauber und hat gutes und freundliches Personal. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade auf unser Zimmer bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Notre première chambre était moyenne et nous avons eu le malheur, nos cartes n'ouvraient plus la porte de notre chambre. Âpres 3 tentatives, le personnel de la réception, un monsieur gentil avait forcé de l'ouvrir et nous avions laissé nos affaires à la réception à 23h du 31 décembre. Nous avions failli louper les feux d'artifices de minuit parce qu'il y avait plus accès pour aller au site. A notre retour vers 1h, nous étions surclassés et la chambre était propre. Nous avions passé les 2 dernières nuits avec le confort. Merci aux 2 réceptionnistes de la nuit du 31.

Brilliant hotel and location, only Let down by the bar staff, Regina especially. They didn’t have time to make cocktails, but we still placed our order, 50 minutes later still nothing and she did her best to ignore us. Very poor customer service and it’s not the guests fault if they are under staffed?

A perfect location for weekend adventures in the city, with very friendly staff. We found the rooms to be very warm.

Well located and met quality expectations. No option offered for room not to be serviced daily which we found unusual. In room safe was prehistoric - credit card needed to secure which was impossible to operate due to how safe is installed (probably not a problem for most, who carries cash anymore?). Yummy candy to get us through the day.
