The room was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities - robe, slippers, toiletries, water, tea/coffee. The bell girl was very helpful and I felt safe as a solo woman! Note that there are not curtains but instead blackout blinds that are controlled by a remote and then a sheer cover for the daytime. (no room service except for breakfast)

A truly beautiful hotel, all details thought of and well managed - such as a bed side light switch which turns off ALL lights.
How many times have you had to run around a hotel room trying to turn off all lights including the decorative ones?
The place oozes class and its spa is lovely.

Recently renovated, very nice rooms. Great atmoshpere, unusually friendly staff. Parking garage very convenient underneath the hotel. Great location in city center, just a short walk to the pedestrian zone.

Enige wat minder was, het betaalde parkeren onder het hotel was 12 euro per volle dag, terwijl aan de overkant van de straat je 8 euro betaalde voor veel meer ruimte.

Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Recht verwinkelt und hat den Charm der 80iger. Einige Zimmer wurden auch schon restauriert und sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und man merkt, dass man darauf auch Wert legt. Leider war die Bar geschlossen, was wir sehr bedauert haben. Wir werden aber wieder hier logieren wenn wir wieder einmal in Gūtersloh sind.
